Overall our stay was great, it is an older property undergoing renovations. The rooms are definitely NOT soundproof, we could hear everything in the hallways. Lots of kids roaming/running the hallways unattended. Lots of kids in the indoor pool and spa areas as well, so not what I recommend as relaxing spa experience…

Good morning,I'm terribly sorry that you have this kind of experience here. Normally, the children have not acces after noon to the nordic bath outside. I'm sorry that we did react fast like usually.

A little gem, very relaxing
Huge property, nice hot tubs outside to enjoy. Renovated large rooms, comfortable. Extremely convenient to get to Empire 47 - just across the street.

This hotel is not recommended in winter. There are few activities and restaurants nearby. The heating in the hotel room is a bit noisy, and there is no exhaust fan in the room. It is a bit stuffy and the air is not fresh.

But we are proud to offer all these activities in addition to swimming currently and throughout the rest of the winter

Nous aurions donné 5 étoiles si l'Internet sans fil avait été sans faille ce weekend. Le personnel a tout de même fait l'impossible pour régler le problème. Ce genre de problème peut arriver...mais avec les enfants, l'Internet est une question de vie ou de mort. Ah ah Merci à tout le personnel.

Nous avons eu de la difficultés a gérer le chauffage dans la chambre. Notre chambre etait tres sombre. Il manquait de luminosité mais sinon tout etait super.

Bruyant, car il y avait un mariage. Chambre belle et bien rénovée. Le manoir est et beau et la vue sur le lac est belle.

Great location, I was there for a wedding. Great view on the lake and the pool area was awesome with 3 spa, 1 Nordic bath and 2 pool. Staff was condescending a bit. You can feel it’s a bougie place and that if you don’t fit their target clientele that your not good enough. Food was great at the restaurant but they are picky with reservation. You must have one other wise they will not serve you.
