We really liked our room being that there was 3 of us travelling. As for the breakfast there was alot to be desired. If you liked hard boiled eggs and toast you were set. Juice boxes, coffee, tea and fruit.

In the first glance you think the room is clean but I found live bugs in the washroom also the duvet had blood spots! I am sure they only clean the sheets!!!! There was only one shampoo and a soap in the washroom on the first day and you need to ask if you need more! I asked for conditioner and tooth pastes and they said they don't offer it!!! even the girl on the front desk said the shampoo is “ all in one” and does the conditioner job too!!!! My hair became like a piece of wood after using that “all in one” I am sure the shampoos are so old too because it didn't make foam and it was thick and lumpy. Don't get me even start at the fake breakfast they offer! As for the pool, it is locked and you need to ask ppl to open it for you! Also there is no safe guard I was wondering how they would manage the situation if anything happens for anyone in the pool! The toilet drain was quite slow and needed frequent flush! Somethings to consider before booking: The bus from the airport has a stop in front of the hotel! They take 200 $ deposit! Quite gloomy narrow hallways Not much space in the rooms/ rooms are so small! Most of them are not bright and t he windows are facing the concrete! The fridge is empty!!! There is a cool fusion restaurant next to the lobby! The door is locked after 11 pm so you need to call a person to open the door for you because your card will not open the door! It is 30-40 min walk to old Quebec so if you are a tourist I highly recommend getting a

Beds were nice, clean and comfortable. The rest of the room wasn't clean. The furniture is old and beat up. The building is old and needs TLC. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Staff is super nice. The price is right, I just wish is was cleaner.

Place was good for sleeping spot. It had a pool wich was aokay. The "breakfast" was more like a snack. An apple , a muffin, a small Cheese and a juicebox. We took some free hotchocolate wich was nice and selfserve. Tbh go There if you need sleeping only and avoir bringing your child I felt like its supposed to be a superquiet place.

The parking was great. The beds were super comfy. We had a basement-like room which was clean and served the purpose just fine. The hotel itself was simply just "fine". Absolutely nothing special and located in the residential section of the city, so you have to drive or take a bus to the Old City. We struggled over-all in finding places to eat later in the evening.

The room I stayed in looked clean but there was a strange smell to it and I immediately developed allergies so I'm wondering if there was a mold or mildew issue. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so bringing stuff to the room was a bit of a hassle. Finally, the parking lot was located on a separate street from the hotel which also made bringing stuff in and leaving a bit of a hassle.

We stayed as a family of 4 for 4 nights. The pool was a big hit with the kids. There was ample parking. Breakfast included a muffin, fruit, cheese and juice in a brown bag each day which was a great take to your room or in the road option. The location was great if you have a vehicle but not suitable for walking to any attractions. However, it was central to Valcartier for the waterpark, tubing, the aquarium, mega Parc, Montmorency downtown Old Québec. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We made several dinners in the room with a well supplied kitchenette. There is grocery nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee bar was a lovely addition. We would stay here again!

Nous avons eu une chambre sombre dans un sous-sol, presence de moisisure dans la sale de bain, propreté douteuse. Le dejeuner inclus etait ridicule, une pomme, un muffin , un minuscule fromage et un jus.

Vos commentaires sont pris très au sérieux, et nous prendrons des mesures immédiates pour remédier à ces problèmes.En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner inclus, nous sommes navrés que l'offre proposée ne vous ait pas satisfait. Nous tenons également à vous informer que nous avons récemment introduit un nouveau buffet continental pour le petit déjeuner, dans lequel nous avons pris en compte les préférences de nos clients. Nous espérons que cette nouvelle option répondra davantage à vos attentes lors de vos prochains séjours.Nous vous présentons nos plus sincères excuses pour ces inconvénients et nous espérons avoir l'opportunité de regagner votre confiance lors d'un prochain séjour.
