Hello, thanks for taking the time to review the villa, During covid the trees further down in the condominium have grown somewhat so it blocks out some of the views on the other hand it protects the villa from the winter winds, and the condominium may trim their trees as we have to trim our olive tree. As for the outside, we have actually added a new terrace under the olive tree only this year with new furniture, as the furniture sits outside 24hr it can weather quickly, I also put new sun bed covers on this year in May and I noticed they were weather on my trip in September, unfortunately, we cannot replace these for every guest the outside pictures on the website were only taken this year, The villa is actually not terraced it is semi-detached with a house attached at the back, unfortunately as there are no insulation carpets, etc so it can echo ! best wishes Joyce Hallo, danke, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, die Villa zu überprüfen. Während der Zeit sind die Bäume weiter unten in der Wohnanlage etwas gewachsen, so dass sie einige der Aussichten blockieren, andererseits schützt sie die Villa vor den Winterwinden und die Wohnanlage kann beschnitten werden ihre Bäume, wie wir unseren Olivenbaum beschneiden müssen. Was den Außenbereich angeht, haben wir erst dieses Jahr eine neue Terrasse unter dem Olivenbaum mit neuen Möbeln hinzugefügt, da die Möbel rund um die Uhr draußen stehen, kann es schnell verwittern, ich habe dieses Jahr im Mai auch neue Sonnenliegenbezüge angebracht und sie sind mir aufgefallen waren Wetter auf meiner Reise im September, leider können wir diese nicht für jeden Gast ersetzen. Die Außenbilder auf der Website wurden erst in diesem Jahr aufgenommen. Die Villa ist eigentlich nicht terrassenförmig, sondern eine Doppelhaushälfte mit einem an der Rückseite angebauten Haus, leider als es gibt keine dämmteppiche etc damit es schallen kann! Je m’appelle Francesco et je suis le property manager de la Villa Tigli. Je m’occupe de la gestion d’une trentaine de maisons de vacances dans le sud de la Sardaigne et j’exerce ce métier depuis 15 ans. Tout au long de cette longue période d’expériences, il y a eu beaucoup de satisfactions, de belles expériences et même quelques erreurs, erreur commise de parte et d'autre. Mais comme par le passé, j’y ai mis le visage et j’ai assumé mes responsabilités, lorsque ces erreurs sont imputées au soussigné. En particulier, il est absolument vrai que les clients n’ont pas reçu le meilleur accueil à leur arrivée. Malheureusement, je me suis trompé sur le jour d’arrivée et j’étais convaincu qu’ils arriveraient le 27 décembre, plutôt que le 26. Leur arrivée était en fait prévue pour le 23 décembre mais, en raison de l’annulation de leur vol, ils ont dû être relocalisés, précisément pour le 26. Étant une période particulière, les dames de ménage ont fait ses travaux, avec l'assainissement, le 24 matin et auraient dû compléter le 27 matin simplement nettoyant le sol de la maison et en rangeant l’extérieur. Tout le reste était fait. À l’intérieur de la propriété ont été laissés seulement la table et les chaises qui se tiennent habituellement dans la véranda, à l’extérieur. Ce décor aurait ensuite été aménagé à l’extérieur, après la fin du nettoyage intérieur. Le reste de la maison, je le répète, était parfait. Les masques qui ont été trouvés appartenaient aux dames, qui les ont laissés à l’intérieur de la maison, mais pas sous le lit. En ce qui concerne l’utilisation de certains "systèmes de protection", je pense que cette conversation est totalement déplacée, car lorsque J'ai rencontré le monsieur, nous étions à l’extérieur de la maison pendant que sa femme et ses enfants étaient dans la voiture avec des masques. A la demande de porter un prétendu "système de protection" à l’extérieur , j’ai poliment refusé l’invitation et précisé que la dame, avec un état de santé vulnérable, n’était pas obligée de me rencontrer personnellement puisque j’allais terminer le check in avec son mari. Après avoir sorti la table et les chaises j’ai demandé au monsieur si je pouvais terminer, moi-même, le nettoyage du sol mais, à son refus, je n’ai pas insisté et j’ai remis les clés de la maison. Dear Jacques Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review , I am so glad you had a lovely holiday and enjoyed your stay at the villa and found it very comfortable It has a great location to travel either side coast of Cagliari and even to Oristano about 1 3/5 drive. Hi There, Mr Harrold And thank you for taking the time to share your experience! It is a shame the villa did not meet your expectations, The size of the villa is what is detailed on the title deeds of the house, from the builder/ lawyers etc , and an average size for a 2 bedroomed property , It is not advertised at 84m2, so I am unsure as to why you expected it to be bigger than advertised. The villa has had the same advert with home and away for 13 years now, and this is the fist we have had confusion over its size. There is a large terrace veranda garden and the pool area not included in the size of the villa. As for the bed in the master bedroom it is 180 x 200 (super king) a king in the uk is only 150 x 200 and a super king 180 x 200. That is the size of the bedding I take over from the uk ! It equates over in Italy as 2 single bed, some hotels in Italy still have 2 single beds together. and is the largest bed you can buy out in Sardinia and is called a Matrimonially The villas in the complex are all slightly attached to each other (from the 1 bedroom to the 4-bedroom houses) in a very clever way! as the villa sits at the outside of the complex you would no know! the designer of the complex won several awards for their design I have taken the time over the years to purchase high quality fixtures fitting and furniture etc for the comfort of myself, my son, and of course the guests arriving at the villa. I feel that the villa with its position and locality to the beach, sea view, private pool etc represents very good value for under £570 per week in May , Of course if you were anticipating a much larger villa in the area it could of course be much more expensive, but possibly better suited to your needs and expectations Again, many thanks, for sharing your views, Kind Regards Joyce
