Comfortable and elegant villa 200m from the sea

My house has been recently renovated. It is a headboard with independent entrance. To access you pass in a lovely garden with lawn, where you will find a beautiful private patio with wooden beams and dining area. The house is equipped with air conditioning and a pellet stove for autumn or weekends. the residence is equipped with many services including supermarket, restaurant, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and also the tobacco bar. There is also a convenient bus stop for those who come without a car. The area is connected by the 1Q and PF line with Cagliari and Quartu s. Elena included the tourist spots. The other tourist areas such as villasimius, costarey etc. are also reachable with the complementary arst line.
