The bartenders were great! Elvin and Pedro by the snack bar are wonderful! Elvin always came by to make sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeper MariCruz was not friendly at all. She was no where to be found until the day we checked out (i guess she was expecting us to tip her) When we arrived there was clumps of hair in the shower drain and chewed up gum on the floor. We had to ask for wash cloths and extra towels every day.our mini bar was not restocked. We had to bring our own water back to the room. Maricruz was heard in the hallway complaining how she has 25 rooms to clean in a day. (So unprofessional) All the other housekeepers were always friendly to bad they weren't our housekeeper. Our Butler Fednon, we only saw him on the first day of check in. We never saw him again. We text him to confirm our dinner reservations but He said he had an emergency. No other butler filled in for him we missed out on reserving dinner because of him. We were told by reservationist all restaurants were booked for the week. Our master suite was spacious and a great view. The nightclub was really nice the casino was ok. The food was delicious every day. I would not say this is a 5 star. The price we paid was def. Over priced. We usually stay in the presidential suite in Secrets Cap Cana. That is 5 star. (Btw was sold out) BeLive was a good choice we had fun and enjoyed most of the staff. Regulate the ppl holding beach chairs.

Be Live relocated us to another hotel due to construction. We were supposed to have equivalent accommodations and did not. The hotel we were placed with also did not have any record of the reservation from Be Live, even though I had checked with them by message 4-6 times to confirm.

Let me start by saying the Be Live was closed for renovations during the time of our travel. It was me and my husband for 7 days. They conveniently moved our reservation to the nearby Jewel Palm Beach. We were pretty hesitant because we wanted the Be Live for the night club, food options and adult only atmosphere. Honestly, we had an incredible stay at Jewel. They had amazing food options for club members beautiful beaches, friendly staff, great drinks, clean rooms, clean atmosphere, the silent parties were amazing, entertainment was decent, still wanted the Be Live though, the Jewel doesnt have a nightclub but the pool parties, volleyball and food made up for it. We just wanted to get more wild and couldnt because there were kids

I never got to stay at the be live property . The be live property was closed and my reservation was moved to the jewel palm beach . The jewel palm beach was a very nice hotel however I did not receive the accommodation s that I paid for . I paid for a junior suite with beach walk out . I was placed in a standard with with no view !!

We had a wonderful vacation. The master suite with walkout pool was great. The food was good but we didn’t take advantage of the Al a cart dining options until late In the vacation and should have switched it up sooner as the buffet didn’t change much, Staff were great to us. I would stay here again.

The initial impression was very negative due to the entrance, which was unpleasant. The staff were also very unwelcoming, appearing to be in a bad mood and lacking in customer service skills. The food was of poor quality, and although the room was clean, it was the only positive aspect.

Loved the pools and the beach, evening entertainment was very nice and amusing. Landscape and greenery were beautiful. Food was varied, but not very tasty. Many times the meat was in low quality (hard to chew), dry.. fruits were not always fresh nor sweet. Maintenance level was very disappointing, out room smelled of mold, they changed our room but the new one smelled too, probably the smell came from the A/C unit. We had to keep it off and have the balcony doors open all the time otherwise it was unbearable. We had a leak under the sink, we told house keeping but nobody came to fix it. The closet was dirty, we had to use our wet wipes before putting our stuff. The adults gym was very minimal, very thin mats, no light weights, no towels. We asked someone to bring some more but it didn't happen. Significant neglect in buildings / wall / floors which are too often are broken, missing, dirty, peeling, rusted. Stuff is really trying but most of them don't speak proper english, don't understand you or just helpless / have a lack of service awareness.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and had an absolutely awesome experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. One of the standout features of our stay was the excellent wifi connectivity. We both had to work during the day, and the wifi worked perfectly without any issues or interruptions. This allowed us to get our work done quickly and easily so that we could enjoy the rest of our time at the hotel. At night, we were able to let loose and have a great time. The atmosphere at the hotel was fun and lively, and we enjoyed partying and mingling with other guests. The staff were super cool and added to the overall positive experience. They were always friendly and helpful, without being intrusive or pushy. Another thing we appreciated was that the staff didn't try to sell us additional packages or hound us with constant upselling attempts. This allowed us to fully enjoy our stay without feeling like we were being pressured into spending more money. Overall, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, and we would absolutely come back again. The excellent wifi, fun atmosphere, and cool staff all contributed to a truly unforgettable experience. DO NOT STAY HERE I would only recommend this place if you don’t care about having good food and just want a cheap beach trip. Staff is horrible and hit on us the entire trip, food is horrible, watered down drinks, only two types of watered down wine, no ac in the buffets, beds are so uncomfortable!!!! They don’t tell you that if you stay for 5 nights you are only allowed to make dinner reservations for 2 nights. Have to eat all meals at the buffet. Do not ever eat at the lobster restaurant! The food is inedible!! Only allowed 1 beach towel per person. There was a blow up water slide at the main pool with a frayed electrical cord My friend stepped on the cord and it electrocuted her!!!!! Seriously not a safe resort!!! Management did nothing about it.

A lot of promises but they didn’t deliver.. “ butler service “ non existent! No room service unless you pay a daily fee!! They gave us the room smelling of pure clorax that burned our eyes! Food is very repetitive! At the adult dining room, staff wasn’t friendly and looked down to ignore you constantly had to ask for drinks and utensils, and I was leaving tips, unbelievable! The maids during the day were very accommodating but the ones at night just entered your room without consent! I found a maid twice in my room after dinner! I didn’t request! This hotel is more a 3 star than a 5 star that they claim to be!

Overall everything was pretty good, but not excellent. However, this was a much better price than many other resorts in the area at the time we were booking (March Break) so you definitely have to manage your expectations and like many other places when travelling, you get what you pay for! I would only recommend this resort if you choose to stay in the adults only section as you have access to the whole other side of the resort as well, but we felt the adults only is quite a bit nicer. There was more of a party vibe on the other side of the resort so it was nice to have the choice to go join the party or stay on the adults only section and relax. everything was clean and in mostly good working order in terms of our room so no complaints there. We found the adults only beach to be really nice with lots of comfortable beach beds and loungers. The beach was cleared of seaweed which is always nice as well. The buffet food at the adults only had a pretty good variety but was quite repetitive each day. The food there was pretty good but not great. we ate at the a la carte seafood and the Japanese and were made VERY ill after eating at the Japanese so we lost a day and a half of vacation which is unfortunate. The only issue we had throughout the stay was with the service, it was often pretty slow for drinks at meals, especially for coffee at breakfast, but most staff were pretty friendly. The resort is nice and we enjoyed ourselves! Good value for money but definitely not 5-star.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews of Be Live Adults. My stay was fantastic. I was in building 1100, great staff upon arrival (1am Punta Cana time), room was nice and clean. Beach was great (get there early to save yourself a bed or chairs with your blue towels). Food was ok at the buffets. We tried 3 restaurants (Brazilian, Japanese and Texas Steak. All great. Reserve specialized restaurants once you check in). Beach bar staff was friendly and there was one server in particular who after i tipped $10 US made sure my drinks rarely got to the bottom and always responded with “Why not?” when i asked for more/new drinks. Overall great experience, would recommend if you’re looking for a fun time and a great stay. My opinion this resort was a 4 star for me.

The property was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The food, drinks, pools & beach were great. Our room was nice but there is no door on the bathroom & no dressers so you could unpack your clothes. Beds were comfy. Loved the Bali beds on the beach, but you do need to put your towels out early. If you speak Spanish you will be fine. We don’t & a good amount of staff don’t understand English. Made them seem rude but I do think it was a language barrier. We would definitely come back. Looks like they need more chairs all over the resort.

The reception area dysfunctional the WiFi doesn’t work all the time on the bedsheet there was sand from previous guest the management left me a letter to come to reception desk to discuss important information when I went there I gave them the letter they threw it in trash the staff in dining area lack the interest to service the guests either on the phone or conducting personal conversation I would never ever consider this place neither recommend it to loved ones

Repetitive food of mixed quality, leaning towards poor. Property not kept well (broken toilets, sinks, shower). Alcohol weak. Not enough lounge chairs in beach or by pools. Still had a good time, though. Staff was friendly, enjoyed the beach and pool and day trip planned.

My husband and I had our honeymoon here and absolutely loved it! Some reviews stated they had issues with staff being unfriendly. That was never the case in our stay! Everyone was friendly, helpful and listened! Some areas could use some updating, for example, one set of stairs in our building were not lit up in the night, it was dangerous to use, so we opted to use other entrances in the evening. But overall, such a pleasant experience!

hotel entertainment is good; check in was not pleasant...they gave me the keys two hours late and when i was leaving i asked for two extra hours, almost had to fight for this being their fault for let it me wait to pay for spa at reception waiting 25 minutes.

Was worse resort ever would not recommend to anyone!!! we paid for VIP and were always at the kids pool because of lack of chairs at pool and beach!! we didnt recieve anything in our room as told. Butler,robe and slipper,bottle of champagne. We laked towels had to ask everyday for towels and beer in our fridge. Our phone didnt work all week and no one repaired it so couldnt get room service or any kind of service. Wer told reservations were not necessary for VIP at the alacarte restaurants which was not true. Made reservations and when we got to restaurant couldnt fond it!! Service in buffet was terrible waited half an hour just for coffee at Breakfast and if we got up to get food our tables would be cleared right away!!! There were no cups in our room for drinks and told them but didnt resolve anything!! People were very rude at front desk and not willing to help regarding our issues at all!!! would never go back here and dont advertise this place for VIP because dont get treated any different even though we paid extra for it. It was a very stressful vacation!!!

The picture is almost false advertising. One small section of the resort did look like this, but not the majority of the resort. Even booking adult only, the amenities were mediocre, the room needed upgrading, the "specialty dining" wasn't available as promised, the fridge wasn't well stocked, no seating available on the beach or at the pool, even the rooms didn't have enough towels, coffee, etc. One room we had was musty and no electricity, another room we had did not have afunctional deadbolt lock. Would not be able to recommend this resort.
