It was a good stay. However there was mosquito problem in every room that needs to be addressed.

Par excellent comfortable stay
Strongly recommend this excellent property for all, be it for couple, family, solo stay. Huge spacious, clean and great luxury service appt, which I booked. Good choice instead of a hotel. Peace and tranquility surroundings, yet near malls, eateries anb connectivity. Good breakfast and buffet dinner. Helpful reception staff ..... stickers for details. Will be back positively.

This is located in the city with major shopping centre, cineplex and food courts. The rooms are spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the pleasant evenings. Each room is furnished with a loaded mini bar, microwave and a cooktop.

Very nice hotel! Clean, great location, friendly staff, great food, and just a nice and relaxing place to stay. Enjoyed my stay very much and will be using this hotel when I return.

An old hotel at good location
Very old hotel, not maintained well. Some bad smell in hotel. Location was good. 10 minutes walk from eating joints and 10 minutes drive from (auto rickshaw) from Pune's famous night life /bar areas.

Close to where I was working so location good
Staff tried hard had to be reminded about towels and papers. They have a buffet at night lots of the leftovers find their way onto the breakfast buffet when really they are a little tired and should find there way to the bin. Overall ok but wouldn't be in any hurry to go back. A la carte dining not bad.

This is NOT the Royal Orchid Hotel. It's very bad
This is a real dive. About 20 years out of date. It feels more like a cheap private apartment, that hasn't been updated for decades. It is so deceptive, as I thought I was booking the Royal Orchid Hotel, which is adjoining. I have stayed there before and it is very good, but this suites attachment is terrible. Very confusing and I think they play on this name to attract people to this out-date property.

Best anyone can have at the deal which I got .

It's a business hotel. Professional and friendly staff. I would recommend that you avoid the top floor (9th) because there are generators/compressors outside that make slight noise.

Hotel near to good restaurents
We have stayed 2 nights and 3 days. I have purely booked the hotel after reading the views on expedia. But to be frank ... its not as luxurious, which I have expected. The hotel claims to be a 4 star ... but don't have the swimming pool in the premise and this hotel is apartment converted in to hotel. The rooms are spacious but are having a bit old look as all the stuff is like furniture and other things seems to be quite old. The food is nice and breakfast is also good and the natural view from the restaurant is awesome. Location of the hotel is very nice as most of the malls and restaurants are quite nearby.

The property is slightly old, otherwise good. Rooms are big and have a small kitchen. If your requirement is to have an option to cook in the hotel, this would be a good option. Else there are better options available in pune at this price point.

Hotel is located in a main place. The airport transfers they had provided was good as the car reached the airport on time. but the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. they have to put some spary before the customer check in to the hotel. other than that everything was fine.

Staff especially the attendants were not at all helpful. Doesn't have valet parking, nobody comes to get the doors for you or get the baggage. They were just standing & staring. The room was very small & cramped. Bathroom does not even have a bath tub. Below average at the price I paid.

Excellent stay!
We recently stayed here while adopting our toddler daughter (i.e, our second visit to Pune). It exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was huge, bathroom excellent, and it had a complete kitchenette (with fridge and microwave) -- even a convection stovetop that boiled water for chai in under 10 seconds! What more could you want? The hotel breakfast options are many (Indian and western), and the staff was friendly. Convenient location as others have said -- D Mart (grocery store, plus) and mall food court are within a short walk each, and there is 24/7 room service. The location is off the main road next to very nice flats and houses. We would definitely stay here again!!

Royal Orchid Golden Suites in Pune- Worth a visit
Though I am based in Mumbai, hotels in Pune are something that we generally dont follow. This is because Mumbaiites generally do a day trip to Pune returning by late evening. Hence, choosing a hotel was difficult. While I did not want to go overboard on price, I wanted a hotel that would give a feeling of a weekend vacation. The Royal Orchid Golden Suites has large spacious rooms.. Good enough for our family of three which travelled. Food is also no problem as the inhouse restaurant Kasba has a good variety of options. If hotel food is something you dont prefer, there is a mall close by for you to use the food court. Also Pune has abundant options for food.. The one thing that I think the hotel can build on is ambience around the main lobby and the hotel. The Royal Orchid Central is close by and you can not relate clearly that both hotels are from the same group. The ambience at the Golden Suites could be a little more livelier. Regards Vivek
