Furthermore, everything necessary for the beach is provided (umbrella, seats, towels and 2 fridge bags). The nearest beach is only 3 km away. you can choose to stay on the free or equipped beach. The town is about 3km away, full of shops of all kinds, food market, restaurants, pharmacy and medical guard. The residence is located on the main road 195 km 37. Also within a few km there are enchanting beaches with a dream sea. Just 3 km away is the archaeological site of the city of Nora of extraordinary historical interest where you can admire the mosaics and the Roman theater. Cosy. Beautiful View to sea
We enjoyed the flat and the ambient very much. Mercedes was very kind and Helpful (the flat key was broken and changed directly the same afternoon) uncomplicated. Honestly part of the kitchen could be "upgraded" a little bit (sink, oven) - but everything you need is present. We can really reconmend. Ciao S&C

La vacanza!
Siamo stati ospiti della proprietà della Signora Mercedes dal 17 al 30 agosto. La signora si è dimostrata molto disponibile. Le foto pubblicate corrispondevano esattamente alla casa che ci ha messo a disposizione la signora, ad esclusione del giardino trascurato , lasciato completamente a se stesso e senza possibilità di essere utilizzato, particolare che mi ha rammaricato e non poco. La casa spaziosa e ben attrezzata avrebbe bisogno però di alcuni lavori per essere resa un po' più "moderna" a partire dagli elettrodomestici... Tutto sommato un soggiorno piacevole, il report è bellissimo e super curato.

Environnement très agréable et bien situé
Villa très agréable avec une belle terrasse ombragée et une belle vue dégagée orientée Est/ Sud-Est.(soleil le matin). Salle et salon sympathiques mais de toutes façons on vit dehors. Chambre parentale agréable. Chambre enfants pour trois avec un lit pour bébé en plus. Lits superposés à revoir. Petite cuisine mais suffisante et bien équipée. Environnement agréable et tranquille puisque situé dans un parc privé d’un golf. Place de parking couverte. Environ 4 km des plages de Pula. 35 km de Cagliari.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir verbrachten fünf Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Es hat eine tolle Lage obehalb von Pula mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Pula am Supermarkt und eine Minute später in der netten Innenstadt. Auch in die schöne Hauptstadt Cagliari fährt man nicht lange, und es ist eine wirklich tolle Strecke am Meer entlang. Das Beste aber, für uns an Sardinien besonders wichtig, sind die Strände. Der nächste mit feinem Sand/Kies ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt, und dann reiht sich ein Strand an den anderen, eine tolle Aussicht an die andere. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht, und super, super sauber. Hervorzuheben ist die schöne Terrasse. Mercedes ist eine äußerst sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Der Kontakt mir ihr war unkompliziert und freundlich. Vielen Dank. Ich empfehle dieses Haus gern weiter.

Au soleil d Is Molas
Très jolie maison ,parfait pour une famille avec 3 enfants Séjour confortable et grande terrasse superbe Suberbes plages de Chia et autres à 10 min en voiture Restaurants commerces à 5 mn en voiture à Pula Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison de Mercedes et nous y retournerons sans hésitation lors de notre prochain voyage dans cette superbe Sardaigne que nous aimons tant
