We did advise you that the signal in the lobby is stronger than the one available in the rooms, but we did not say that it was only available in the lobby. We offered you the option of cancelling your reservation with no penalty, giving you the opportunity to choose a different hotel with a potentially stronger wi-fi connection; you decided to stay at the Eliantos. We then provided you with a wireless Wi-Fi connection device with a dedicated line exclusively for you, which you have used for the full duration of your stay; whenever we asked whether such device was functionig properly you confirmed that it was.We are therefore surprised and disappointed to read your review in which you describe the connection as “very weak”.Kind regards,The Management

We are not sure what you mean by "the pool is only plastic from the ground to the pool itself" ??? It is not even clear to us which "terrible beach" you are referring to. From the East to the west and all the way to the south we are surrounded by beautiful beaches loved by tourists from all over the world! If you consider a 17sq m room suitable for "smurfs", we respect your opinion. However we would like to point out that the Eliantos Hotel & Spa also offers 3 Junior Suites and 3 Executive Suites of 20 sq m each in size, so if the size of the room you booked did not meet your expectations, you could have reported this to our reception team who would have promptly offered you, at an additional cost, a better option. Our restaurant service ends at 11:30 pm at the latest, with a highly discreet approach and in perfect harmony with the philosophy that animates our hotel: privacy, peace, discretion and serenity, which make it an oasis of peace and relaxation! The courtesy brand we use at the Eliantos Hotel & Spa is "Pascal Morabito", known as a high quality product; we advise you read up on this. And if you needed Cleanex or make-up remover pads, you could have asked our reception staff, who would have taken care of your request. With regards to your comments about our staff, we are amazed to read such unkind words which we do not feel reflect the truth.
