This hotel is located just minutes from the airport and offers basic amenities with excellent service. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the property is extremely clean. The room was minimally apportioned but comfortable. I rented this room just for one night because my flight arrived late and I didn’t want to travel a long distance at that hour. It was a great and inexpensive alternative to staying at the SJU airport hotel which was charging double for the same type of room. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, affordable hotel close to the airport. Our room was huge - actually 2 rooms, a sitting room with futon and small kitchen table and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. Beds were very comfortable!

The staff is amazing. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay in a prime location. Well kept, clean. I came with a teen and infant, both had a great time in the pool. Only complaint Showers need plastic lining.

This was a great value and all the great reviews are true. Clean, comfortable, close to many big resort properties, good restaurants nearby(the one around that corner Plato's was awesome and we recomend the Can Can Pork Chop as a must try). There is a parking lot and we had no issues with parking, you just need to let them know you have a car at check-in. The one thing, if you like a big soft towel bring one. This seems to be more a PR thing than just this hotel. For the price we could not be happier and we used the $$ we saved by going with this small, quaint, boutique hotel to go on awesome excursions and to book a cabana day at one of the close by (we walked it was that close) big resorts. This place was all we needed it to be and then some and if you like a dark soulful brew, make sure you grab some complimentary coffee. Also note the small kindnesses like a cat that calls the hotel home, a leave some take some sunscreen basket, a small book shelf if you didn't bring enough reading material for your day at the pool, and that the pool isn't a mess of too many people, making an oasis experience. This was absolutely the right mix of great place to stay with real hospitality along with value that meant we could have a nice room at a nice hotel, and still afford to eat at amazing restaurants, hit up some excursions, and have a relaxing cabana day at one of those high end resorts (the cost of the cabana and our hotel were less than one night at the resort)

A couple of things the linen was not clean, there was a roach in the blanket she gave us, a living moving roach Three of the staff stood out and was very helpful, and loved their jobs in the public eye . The young man who th the Afro , the older lady with the cane and the one lady that she ed her shift with the young man, house keeping had an attitude. The area was great and everything thing was cool but t the linen and the roach made it all bad

We just stayed one night as it was convenient to the airport and reasonably priced compared to most of the other airport hotels. The hotel is not new but the room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was not the most comfortable, but I have slept on worse beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. It turned out to be right next door to the SIXT rental car drop off which was very convenient!

The pros: it’s near the beach, minutes to walk. There are bikes to ride, we rode everyday to breakfast at Eileen’s Panadería. It’s beautiful and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. Love the hammocks to relax in. The hosts were friendly. The cons: it was noisy, the roosters, lots of dogs & cats-must like pets etc. the neighbors are alittle noisy too, loud music. The towels weren’t soft, and had to ask for TP, hand soap & trash bags. If you don’t want to be bothered then this is the place to escape and not be found. It’s no frills, very rustic..just a getaway with loads of potential. I didn’t cook anything in the kitchen but it was an option to use for free, nice outdoors with lots of seating. And the front isn’t like the photos, it’s under construction, photos should be updated. My driver was hesitant to leave me until we confirmed it was the right place.

The hotel is towards the end of Isla Verde, there are several options for food, it’s walking distance to the beach, the pool is clean and spacious, there’s a gorgeous balcony with plenty of seating. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. Parking is limited and their huge vans take up space in front of the property.
