Condado Beach area nice; restaurants nearby, beach a block or two and swimmer friendly; taxi's nearby with set rates to airport and cruises as well as Old San Juan; lagoons over rated

taxi's have set rate $15 plus $1/bag in the area around airport, hotels and Old San Juan

we had a great time playing in the waves with our adult kids on a beach a block and a half from our hotel; no life guards

“Adequate for the cost minded traveler”

This hotel is nicely located in the heart of the Condado area, great proximitey to the beach, shopping & dining district. Our room was a bit small (two double beds in a small room) the bathroom was small, no fridge, but the staff were pleasant & helpful. If you are looking for an economically priced hotel in a great area this is good. If you want space & a little more luxury try the La Concha across the street & on the beach.

“did the trick”

Did the trick for a 1 night prior to a cruise. location ok, within a couple blocks for dining and Walgreens. at end of block is a park that has a nice beach in front. room not terribly big but comfy enough and nice to have breakfast included. worked fine for what we needed.

Good hotel. Nice location, but if you expect nice views (sea or lagoon), this is not the best place.
