"Our stay started off a little rough when the pre arranged taxi at the jetty didn’t show up. We caught another taxi no problem. Loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend The Rock for lunch or cocktails and the Galapagos Deli for breakfast - their freshly baked bread is delicious. The Charles Darwin research centre is obviously worth a visit and is free!

Puerto Ayora is a friendly place to relax, find many excellent restaurants and bars.

We were a little disappointed with Puerto Ayora it is more commercialised that we thought. However we had a great time. Highlights - tortoises in Highlands, Seymour Norte and Las Grietas - oh and the street food at night.
