Family ski wonderful stay
Our family stayed here for a March ski trip. The cabin was clean and cozy. They had lots of great DVDs and games. The den is set up great for hanging out with our teens. The hot tub was great too. The kitchen is well equipped although we did need to run the dishwasher daily because there were not a lot of mugs, cups. Dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion were all well stocked which was an unexpected bonus! Ryan was really helpful when we had several questions about the area. He responded very quickly via text. The road from the cabin to Sundance was clear and easy to drive when we were there in March. The parking area at the cabin was slushy and icey but it is a very quiet street and we were able to unload and load the truck in the road before parking each day. Bonus: My husband went down the road just a few minutes and fished each day. He was thrilled to catch 8 rainbows / browns!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet location
Enjoyed spending our Christmas get away watching the snow fall while soaking in the hot tub. Very quaint cabin in an ideal location. Highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter.

Festive Thanksgiving
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, newly renovated cabin! It was warm and cozy and perfect for our small family to prepare and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. The kids loved the hot tub and vast DVD collection, grown ups loved the super comfortable beds! Super clean and awesome location - less than 5 mins to Sun Dance restaurants and ahop.

Great Place For A Quarterly Meeting

Magical Getaway
This cabin was so perfect and relaxing. It. feels secluded and very private. The creek in front of the cabin was amazing, great hot tub, and the cabin is very nicely done with everything you need. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay!!

Sparkling & Crisp Mountain Retreat
A beautiful 2 bedroom cabin high above Sundance is the perfect Alpine snug. I had the perfect retreat from noise, light, and people. Rugged and refined at the same time. I loved it!

The perfect getaway!
I stayed with two girlfriends, who were both local to SLC, and I flew in from Ohio. The cabin was perfect for the three of us. It's close enough to the Sundance resort that we took advantage of the restaurants and food and far enough away from "the city" that you feel you're hidden away in the mountains. We took full advantage of the Nordic Center nearby for epic cross-country skiing. I'd gladly return to this property in winter and summer. The host was easy to communicate with, and we had zero issues!

Perfect cabin!
What an amazing cabin just a few minutes from sundance resort. The cabin was very clean and bigger than I expected well stocked and had everything we needed. Highlights included the Christmas tree, hot tub, fireplace, extra soft towels, thick warm blankets and peace and quiet. Great weekend stay for us as a couple, but could easily accommodate more.

Secluded spot to recharge
I spent a lovely week here with friends while my daughter was at Girl Scout camp. It was peaceful and beautiful and the house had everything I could have wanted. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the kitchen had all I needed. It was nice to have laundry. And the hot tub was perfect after my horseback ride. I did the Stewart Falls ride with Sundance Stables, a convenient walk to the stables from the house. I even walked to the resort one day for lunch. Owner was responsive and so helpful. Will definitely be booking this gem again.

Had such a great time up in Sundance this weekend! The place was very clean and really nice! The property manager was easy to reach if I needed anything or had any questions (before and during our stay). We enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

Beautiful quiet location
Great property in a quiet setting it was the perfect get-away for my wife and I. It was too early to do much hiking without good boots for mud, but we enjoyed the scenery and the chairs by the river. The home was well stocked and spacious with great lighting that make it bright and cheery. The owners were in contact to make sure all worked out well and checking in was a breeze! Strongly recommended!

Such a great weekend!
We had the best weekend at this cabin. The area is beautiful. The cabin was so comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub so much. And the host exceeded expectations when one of the e-bikes wasn’t working and quickly arranged for a replacement to be delivered.

Winter Wonderland House
Had an amazing stay with my two boys, ages 3 & 6. We had so much snow they called it the wonderland house. Very clean, awesome property with everything we needed, tons of snow to play in, a hot tub which was great after skiiing and 5 minutes from the resort!

This is a lovely place to get away and relax. The host has so many thoughtful touches; I felt that our needs and wishes were anticipated and warmly provided. It might have been nice to know in advance that the house nearby was undergoing renovation, but we could scarcely hear any noise when we were inside. We definitely want to stay here again!

The perfect cabin down the road from Sundance
The cabin was just beautiful, nestled in the woods near Sundance. If you're looking for a bit a paradise in one of the most beautiful areas in Utah, this is the place to be. The stream on the property was tranquil and we got to see wild turkeys and deer. We loved every minute of our stay. It was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very accommodating and communicated with us promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Escape from the heat
Loved the cabin and amenities. The location could not be better for a family with teenagers. Some of the kids headed to Sundance to ride mountain bikes, some rode the eBikes provided by the owners, and others hung by the stream and chilled. Everyone was happy (which is not easy with teenagers). It's very quiet and was a great escape from the heat.

Love this secluded cabin! So awesome to have the river right in the yard. We enjoyed the river walks, the e-bikes, the private hot tub , and the big beautiful windows of the cabin overlooking the scenery. This is a very clean cabin and I’d recommend it to anyone. We will be returning in the future!

3rd time and still charming!
My family loves the cabin by the stream. Every year time stops for a few days , kids play in the snow and everyone is off electronics at least for a little while. Cabin owners are very responsive and really take pride in their cabin. Sundance is right around the corner amazing scenery!

A beautiful home and location
Loved this rental. It was very clean and comfortable. My family rented the property to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday and to get out of the city. We were extremely comfortable inside the cabin and had a lot of fun outside the cabin riding the electric bikes and seeing all the wildlife along the river. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we would absolutely rent here again.

This weekend has been perfectly dreamy. I spent the weekend with with my two pregnant daughters. The cabin is nestled in the perfect location in Sundance with the stream out front and autumn leaves from every angle. These owners treat you like family sharing a deluxe hot tub, bikes regular and electric) and a cabin fully stocked with everything you need. Beds were super comfy and the cabin is homey with personal touches everywhere. Giselle, the owner, checked in with us regularly offering and help and ready to answer questions. We will definitely be coming back to this charming place.

Home away from home.
This was one of the best VRBO experiences my family and I have had! Giselle was very responsive and so accommodating! This is a beautiful oasis that was tucked away by a serene riverbed. The cabin was immaculate and it had all of the amenities you would need and more! The bikes were a fun way of exploring the area but my family’s favorite part was relaxing outside on the chairs listening to the stream of water flow through while reading a book, playing ladder ball, or sitting on the grass watching the turkeys and squirrels pass by! We used the Traeger for all of our dinners and would love to return for a relaxing hot tub experience. The beds were comfy, including the rollaway bed. It was the perfect weekend getaway!
