Fun experience
This was a gorgeous property. Everything was wonderful. The only problem was the stairs to the bedroom were way too steep. It was more like a ladder. A few people fell down them. It is quite dangerous. Other than that. It was exactly as described. There is plenty there to enjoy. It is fully stocked. The beds are comfy. The hot tub is splendid. I loved the experience. I just wish i had known about the stairs. It was a bit crazy.

Best Christmas Vacation Yet!
We loved every moment of our time here! The kids are already wanting to go back next year. The Sundance ski resort was so much fun, the fireplace at the cabin was perfectly stocked with wood and starters. The interior was updated and comfortable.

We loved our stay at the cabin. Beautiful cozy place! We even had wild turkeys in the yard daily. The stairs are a little bit of a hike but doable. We would definitely stay again.

love being by the river!
Super cute and redone great. The hotub was super clean. My kids loved being down by the river. The stairs are no joke hauling things up and down. I wouldn't recommend if you aren't in a condition to go up and down all the stairs. Unless the other part of the driveway is offered. We loved it though and would for sure go back. My kids keep asking!

Thanks for bringing the family and enjoying our little piece of seclusion and serenity. During the summer months the service road is doable with four wheel drive but it winter it’s only sledable. Listen to those kids, and book your next visit.

A great stay with friends!
Our group really enjoyed this cozy cabin getaway! A perfect location for our fall trip. The host was so accommodating and wonderful to work with, and the link with all the information she sent over was SO HELPFUL. I highly recommend this location for your needs up at Sundance.

Great cabin in the woods!
This was a cute and fairly secluded cabin. Had a great time out playing in the mountains all day long then coming back and relaxing on the back deck to the sounds of the running water and enjoying some evening time in the hot tub. Appliances worked great. It was also one of the cleanest dog-friendly places we've ever stayed in! Highly recommended!

Wonderful relaxing weekend!
We absolutely loved this place. I most often found myself sitting on the deck overlooking the trees and river, but I loved the indoor space as well. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, and the whole place was very clean and inviting. My family of 4 slept in the loft bedroom with the window open to let the crisp air and sounds of the river in and it was heaven! The bed was very comfortable. In the evenings we played games at the large table and watched movies on the TV. We walked to Sundance Resort a few times and enjoyed the outdoor theatre, restaurants, and live music on Sunday evening. We met the owner and he was so kind and we learned a lot about the area. We will be back before too long!

Relaxing Retreat
This property was perfect for a summer stay. It’s small but very charming and had everything we needed. Every morning I enjoyed my coffee listening to the creek and our family enjoyed gazing at the stars at night in the hot tub. There are a LOT of stairs which is disclosed in the listing. Just make sure to be careful when bringing down luggage. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Get-Away
We had a wonderful few days at this property. It was very clean and Pam was so easy to work with, making sure we knew about check in and check out procedures and making everything pleasant! We loved our mornings drinking coffee and relaxing on the deck to the peaceful sounds of the river and our evenings relaxing in the hot tub! We loved the extra touch of having comfy robes and blankets available. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Escape to the Hideaway
The cabin in Sundance was everything we hoped for and more. We had a wonderful stay and felt like we really got away from it all for a few days. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the warm and comfortable cabin space and the close proximity to a quiet nature experience. The cabin and hot tub were clean, the space had all of the necessary amenities, and the host was very communicative. We hope to stay again soon!

We had to be in the SLC area for a couple of weeks & this was a perfect spot for us & our small children! Close to so many great hiking/fishing/riding spots. And at night the best was sitting in the hot tub listening to the creek run behind the cabin!

Fantastic Private Cabin
Our family loved staying at this cabin. Everything about checking in and out and communicating with the owners was a breeze and they made us feel very welcome. The property was very clean and full of charm and the views from the deck and dining area were amazing. There are a lot of stairs but they were not a problem for our family and only added to the charm of the place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was beautiful and the view of the creek was great. The only issues we had were the lack of window coverings which caused light to come in when we didn't want it to like early in the morning when we were trying to sleep. The other issue was the lack of fans, we needed a fan in the bedroom to sleep comfortably.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay here. Hot tub, comfy beds, hidden in the mountains, this cabin was perfect to get away from society. Remember to grab all food/supplies in the town before making your way to the cabin. Parking is unique. There is a spot above the cabin in which you will have to walk down about 3 flights of stairs to the entrance. It has also been stated that a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required. This is because the road signs say so specifically for the winter months where the roads can be very challenging. We were able to do this in a minivan (FWD) but we did not encounter any foul weather or road conditions. Pamela is a great property manger and communicates well. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here!

Great house!
We enjoyed our stay. The location near Sundance was great. The towels were nice and clean. I don’t think the listing was very clear about the stair access. It was a lot for a family of six to carry bags and groceries down. Kids had a ton of fun playing down by the river.

Cozy Sundance Cabin
Every tiny little detail had been thought of to make our stay enjoyable. From the spa towels and robes to the cool "cup of fire" to start the wood burning stove and the thoughtfully placed snow/ice scraper for our car just in case it snowed. We had a wonderful time and plan to come again soon.

Perfect winter getaway for our small family
We stayed for 4 nights with our two very young children, and had a great time. There was too much snow for a toddler to appreciate so we stayed inside quite a bit. The kitchen had an impressive assortment of equipment (we love to cook), the fireplace was cozy, the box of games upstairs provided a surprising amount of entertainment, and the hot tub was a welcome evening diversion. The location at the bottom of a ravine meant there were plenty of stairs to climb, but it also helped make our stay feel much more secluded and away from it all. And the property is perfect for making a little sledding hill. Pamela checked in periodically via text and was there for us when we needed anything. Overall a very cozy place and we’d highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our book club retreat at the Hideaway. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. We loved hearing the stream and relaxing on the decks. Our group of 7 was very comfortable in this cozy cabin and we’d love to return!

Absolutely wonderful!
This cozy cottage far surpassed our expectations! It was perfect in every way. A beautiful, quiet oasis. We made full use of the nice kitchen, fireplace stove, outdoor grill, and awesome hot tub for a few snowy days. Our dog accompanied us and loved exploring the woods and creek around the house. Pamela and Lynn could not have been more gracious and easy hosts! We will definitely be back here.

Quaint and very clean
This hidden gem is a forever family favorite now. The updates are perfect and the cleanliness is wonderful. Anything we needed, which was hiking advice mostly, was handled very promptly by the owner and staff here. Thank you so much Pamela and Suzie. You helped make this a great getaway for our family. Wish there was an easier way to get closer to the cabin. Without 4 wheel drive we didn't tempt it. Still worked great though.

We loved our stay at the cabin. It had plenty of space and it was nice and clean. We felt safe and comfortable. We loved the sound of the creek and enjoyed the hot tub. Perfect location to hikes, shopping and eating in Provo, or up the Canyon. Sundance being so close is a perk too.

"Little Cabin In The Woods"
This property was just what we were looking for... Located on a small stream, with a wonderful deck, and other properties far enough away that we experienced peace and tranquility. The cabin was very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, nice linens, and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Pamela and Lynn were excellent hosts, giving us great recommendations for things to do, where to stop for groceries, and good restaurants to try in the surrounding areas. The cabin is about a 5 minute drive from Sundance Resort, where we attended 2 outdoor concerts (one of them Free of charge), zip lining, and a good meal at The Foundry Grill. The only note I would make is that the walk to and from the cabin could be challenging for some guests. We did not have 4 wheel drive that could get us right up to the cabin, so we used the stair pathway that gave us a little bit of a workout:-) Lynn told us that he is planning to put in a new set of stairs down to the cabin. This was our 3rd time to visit the area, and was by far our favorite property! We hope to return and would definitely stay at this cabin again.

The redo of the stairs are in the works and they will meander to the cabin front door and provide not only a better access to the cabin but sitting areas and places to enjoy the views, look for the owls and provide extra hideaways of privacy.
