False Advertising
This hotel was very unaccommodating. When we first arrived, the staff told us we needed to stay a night to receive their breakfast. Okay that's fair - However, the next morning, they then claimed we needed to book breakfast a ridiculous time in advance just to get a simple breakfast. Come on now... you're a hotel not a 5 star restaurant. We shouldn't need reservations. Also they have a large "SAUNA" sign in the front yet you have to pay for it and reserve a 10 minute time slot 48 hours in advance. Are you serious??? No wonder we didn't see anyone using it the entire time we were there. The location was great and San Martino is amazing but there are many other options which are probably (definitely) more accommodating.

Thank you Nicholas for your review. We are glad that you spent a good time in San Martino di Castrozza. We are sorry for the misunderstanding, we are not an hotel but a residence. Brekfast is a service on request, that need to be prepaired according to the number of people having breakfast, since it is not a buffet. Sauna is also an extra service, that works on request, for this reason we need a reservation on the day before, in order to prepair it warm enough.

Great location but an average property
Great resort and really great breakfast, but the property was very basic and not very well maintained. Heating was on or off and the knobs were stuck, so first night was pretty hot, before I figured a way. Hot water in the kitchenette was unreliable, sometimes hot sometimes cold. Advertised free parking was not available when we arrived, so we had to settle for paid parking. Wifi signal was good but bandwith low. And the only schedule which works in Italy is when they - for whatever reason - need to lock the fitness in this hotel at 8 pm. Yes and self cleaning, so as clean as you clean yourself...

A very pleasant stay.
We had two apartments, one was recently remodeled and had a balcony but no view. The other was very dated but big and confortable with a spectacular huge terrace and almost 365 degree view of the mountains. The pool and ping pong table made the children very happy.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, personale molto cortese, stanze seppur piccole complete di tutto il necessario e pulite, purtroppo non sono assolutamente insonorizzate e si sentivano anche i cigoli del letto al piano di sopra, altro punto a sfavore i cuscini, tanto sottili che sembrava di non averli ( consiglio di portarsi i propri da casa se volete dormire bene ). Piscina interna e vari passatempo inclusi nel prezzo, per chi non volesse usufruire del parcheggio a pagamento del residence ci sono parcheggi gratuiti proprio difronte.

Sehr angemehmer Kurzaufenthalt
Aufenthalt zwar nur zwei Nächte, aber sehr schöner Ort, die Residence in ruhiger Lage und doch zentral, atemberaubende Landschaft. Die Residence Lastei sticht durch sehr freundliches Personal hervor. Bei Regenwetter steht ein kleines Hallenbad mit Ruhebereich zur Verfügung.Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Struttura OK in uno scenario meraviglioso
Posizione invidiabile con facilità di parcheggio e vista sulle Pale, struttura un po’ datata ma funzionale, comfort così così, i cuscini e il materasso non erano comodi, per il prezzo pagato lo sarei aspettato qualcosa di più . Non ho usufruito della Sauna/ Piscina quindi non posso esprimere un giudizio in merito

Ottima esperienza, siamo arrivati il 1 gennaio verso le 18.00, siamo stati accolti alla reception da un personale valido il quale ci ha indicato tutte le informazioni da sapere. Siamo arrivati in una camera adatta al soggiorno di 4 persone, ben curata e di buona qualità. Si presentava ordinata e ben pulita, servizio impeccabile. Nel pacchetto era inclusa anche la colazione, ricca e di buona qualità. Sicuramente da tornare a vivere una buona esperienza nell'incantevole San Martino di Castrozza

만족스러운 경험
낡은 듯 하지만 잘 관리 되고 있는 숙소 입니다. 부엌설비도 잘 갖추어져 있어 사용하지 못하고 떠나는게 무척 아쉬웠어요. 전망은 별 5개~ 아침식사 역시 정성 스럽게 준비해 주십니다!! 추천합니다.

Bellissima vacanza presso il residence Lastei,vicinissimo al centro di San Martino di Castrozza. Il nostro appartamento situato al primo piano era molto accogliente e pulito, con una bellissima vista sulle Pale di San Martino!Molto apprezzata la piscina riscaldata e la sala giochi per i bambini!

부대시설이 잘 되있는 한국의 콘도시설같은 곳
다소 오래된 느낌이 있는 숙소였지만 관리상태가 좋았으며 주차(하루 3유로) 및 세탁(10유로)이 가능했습니다 또한 지하에 수영장 사우나 아이들 놀이시설들이 있어 좋았으며 주변 하이킹하는 코스나 주변경관이 빼어났습니다

Doskonale miejsce na zimowe szaleństwo!
Wszystko ok, zadowoleni i wypoczeci. Włosi dość mocno wyluzowani (punktualność itd) co na początku trochę denerwowalo, z czasem zaczęliśmy brać z nich przykład. Pensjonat pięknie położony w pierwszy dzień "welcome drink", w drugi bezpłatna sauna. Warto na tablicy ogłoszeń sprawdzić która restauracja oferuje zniżkę (zwykle 10%) po okazanie kuponu z pensjonatu. Bilard, pimping itd w przystępnych cenach. Internet w miarę ok. W pokojach było dla nas trochę za gorąco, raz udało mi się zmniejszyć grzanie ale w pozostałe dni bez powodzenia. Lasienka bardzo czysta. Reasumując wszystko ok i jak najbardziej polecam tą lokalizację na zimowe szaleństwo w słonecznej Italii.
