The property was amazing, as well as the accommodations, which were super clean and comfortable. It was right on the beach, with amazing white sand and calm seas. They even had tortoises on the property. They had three kayaks and boats to use, which we did. Very comfortable beach lounge, chairs, and an outdoor shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Seashell Beach Villa is a lovely property on the beach. The rooms are in great shape, spacious and right on a private beach. Cindy is so helpful and friendly. A few restaurants are within walking distance. The view from the balcony of the beach was a lovely place to haev dinner if you get takeaway or cook yourself. Definitely recommend.

Beach front! Very much so :)
Location, the manager and staff, the comfort are all far beyond expectations. Great internet connection as well, and as a bonus, the bus stop is a few steps away.

Our stay here could not possibly have been better. The apartment itself is spacious, well thought out, and sparkling clean. The property is beautiful and situated right on the beach- so lovely to walk out of your room and right on to a sunbed. Grande Anse is a powdery white sand/coconut palm tree dream, perfect for long beach walks, sunsets, easy swims in the very calm water (almost like a swimming pool!), and feels truly serene. Cindy and Flavien were amazing hosts organizing activities and car hire, cooking a delicious fresh fish dinner, accommodating us when our flight was cancelled, providing insights on island life, and so much more. Can’t think of a negative here. Wonderful, we will be back!

We were skeptical about the rave review of this property and didn't have high expectation when we booked the property for 3 days. After we arrived, we were greeted by Cindy who own and manages the property and live next door. Check in was quick and easy. She showed us the ocean view room and it was a very nice one, first floor room with an amazing view. The designer (her husband) of the property gave a lot of thoughts for both interior and exterior. In the courtyard, there are plenty space for people who want to get sun tans. For the ones who prefer shades, seats are available under the coconut trees. An outdoor shower available for people who want to get rid of sand (out of respect to the owner, you should wash sand off before go to rooms anyway). My ground floor room has a patio with tables and chairs. Inside the unit, it is an open floor design with large windows that allows people to look the ocean while cooking and eat. The bedroom also have huge sliding door to allow people look at the ocean from the comfort of the bed. Bathroom has floor to ceiling marble tiles that look great. Cindy also arranged us to visit Anse Georgette, a public beach that's blocked by a private hotel and I had tough time to make appointment with them myself. This is a huge bonus. If I have another opportunity to visit Seychelles again, I'll definitely book this place without any hesitation, especially the ocean view room.

Very Comfortable Stay
Me and my wife stayed at the sea view room on the first floor. The room was very clean, spacious and had most of the necessary amenities. The market is nearby and there is ample parking space. The beach view from the balcony was gorgeous and the beach was very easily accessible. We felt the check out time is quite early at 10:30am but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. Thanks Cindy for being a wonderful host.

Right on the beach. TURTLES!!
Lovely shared villa right on the Anse Grand Beach. Rooms homely and comfortable with good kitchen facilities. The hostess Cindy is very friendly, knowledgeable to help make your stay perfect. Our room was over looking the beach (5metres away) on the ground floor. Saw turtles hatching on the beach right outside our room. AMAZING!!

Seashell Beach Villa is set in an ideal location, and if you are flying in or out of Praslin airport, it is just a minute away. We had a spectacular stay here and wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was very recently constructed and is in pristine condition. It is spotlessly clean and all the necessities are there. There are very good grocery stores (as well as some sit-in and take-away restaurants) within walking distance and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is comfortable, wardrobe space plenty, secure, and the apartment is very airy and comfortable (and while it can be air-conditioned we found it was not necessary due to how breezy it was with the windows open). The villa is on the waterfront by the beach, with beautiful views you can see as soon as you step into the lobby as well as from the room and kitchen. Cindy is a wonderful host, and goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. Above all, the hospitality was spectacular. Without asking, Cindy offered and allowed us to have late checkout knowing that our flight time was in the afternoon as to to not make us feel rushed. Thank you very much! We hope to return one day.

Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione per visitare l'isola di Praslin. La nostra camera era pulita e molto spaziosa con zona soggiorno-cucina, camera da letto, bagno e terrazzo. L'area esterna è molto bella e affaccia direttamente sull'oceano. La proprietaria è molto gentile e la zona tranquilla. Vicino ci sono alcuni ristoranti e take away tra cui scegliere. Posizione strategica per girare l'isola!

Fantastisk sted
Dette er bare en fantastisk perle, med utrolig trivelige verter. De var imøtekommende og rause og vi fikk grillet fiskemiddag + papaya og pasjonsfrukter fra hagen en kveld. Huset leilighetene ligger i er vakkert, rent og romslig og det ligger ti meter fra stranden. Solen kommer litt bakfra på stranden men det gjorde ikke oss noe da vi var mye ute på dagtid. Det er bussholdeplass rett utenfor villaen og enkelt å komme seg rundt. Det er dagligvarer og flere supre resturanter i nærheten.

Magnifique !
Magnifique villa, bord de mer fabuleux (dommage les algues obligeaient à aller sur d’autres plages, c’était autour du 10 octobre), arrêt de bus devant la villa. Et merveilleuse propriétaire Cindy pleine d’attentions : délicieux fruits de son jardin, réservation à la plage d’anse Georgette, proposition de lavage du linge, infos sur l’île, et finalement préoccupée au départ quand les bus refusaient de s’arrêter (sauf le 4ème, ouf, sinon aurait appelé un taxi). A recommander !

Toppenboende på Praslin!
Riktigt bra läge vid stranden. Stora fina rymliga rum utrustad om man vill laga mat själv någon dag. Finns flera restauranger inom gångavstånd. Cindy, ägaren, hjälpte oss med flera saker under vistelsen (boka hyrbil, boka nyårsmiddag inkl transfer, goda tips och råd vad man kan göra, bokade in oss på stranden georgette som annars är privat). Stranden är perfekt att hänga på och man vill ha lugnt vatten och inte så mycket folk. Toppenboende nära flygplatsen (bara ca 6-700m bort). Busshållsplats finns precis utanför huset också.

Our host Cindy is a really nice person who was very helpful an gave us a lot of advises for excursions on Praslin. The apartment was cosy and they cleaned it every day. We had a privat access to the beach.

Topp sted på Seychellene
Stille og rolig! Topp sted rett på stranden - kommer vi til Seychellene igjen, kommer vi definitivt å bo på Seashell Beach Villa neste gang også. Veldig hyggelig og tilstedeværende personal som hjelper til med det man ønsker. Stort og praktisk leilighet.

In jeder Hinsicht volle Punktzahl!! Uns fehlen immer noch die Worte..Cindy ist die herzlichste, netteste und hilfsbereiteste Gastgeberin die wir je hatten. Sie stand uns für alle Fragen zur Seite, gab uns zahlreiche Ausflugstipps und war immer zur Stelle wenn wir sie brauchten mit einem breiten Grinsen auf dem Gesicht. Das Apartment ist modern und blitzsauber. Die Küchenausstattung war top, sogar die Messer waren gut, was hier unserer Erfahrung nach echt eine Ausnahme darstellt. Kaffeepulver war auch da, sowie zwei Flaschen Wasser zur Begrüßung. Der Strand wurde täglich vom Seegras gesäubert und auch die gesamte Anlage war wunderschön hergerichtet und sauber. Die Unterkunft war die schönste die wir während unseres Urlaubs hatten, dabei haben wir woanders sogar das doppelte bezahlt. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, so dass die schönen Strände leicht zu erreichen sind. Kleine Shops, ein Café und ein Takeaway erreicht man in 5min zu Fuß. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen! Danke Cindy für die tolle Zeit :-)

Best host ever!
Really nice apartment with beautiful view. A bit of seeweed on the beach outside, but possible to go for a swim anyway. Well equpped apartment, very clean. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The best thing about Seashell Beach Villa is the host, Cindy. Extremely helpful. We had some booking issues with Mason Travel (they screwed up our prebooked excursion) but Cindy managed to get us a similar excursion last minute. I would definitively stay here again.

Dem Paradies sehr nahe
Es war traumhaft!!! Das Appartment sehr gut ausgestattet, bestens gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage direkt am Strand haben wir sehr genossen - besonders die Abende auf einer Liege am Strand, das Meeresrauschen und über uns der Sternenhimmel. Dazu die herzliche Cindy. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Unsere beste Unterkunft auf den Seychellen. Wir kommen wieder!

Excellent séjour au Seashell beach villa, le logement était parfait, la propriétaire était très accueillante et attentionnée. Nous étions bien situés pour visiter Praslin, location de voiture obligatoire.
