Dear Sir,We are very very sorry to be catched like that as we tried to explain pretty carefully about reaching LA PRAIA Beach: once back, you told me it took 50 minutes to find it and it sounded strainge to me: 1 chilometer shoudn't take 50 minutes on foot, and you have just to follow the raod, you cannot miss it, as you see it from the road.Well, this involved your mediocre votation and I feel sorry for that: you know, you travelled into Italy and into the Amalfi Coast; I can understand it is not Oregon and you are "not used" to all that.P: S.: Your kind wife thanked us repeatevedly on leaving

You are incredible: LA GAVITELLA Beach is on the Top list along the Amalfi Coast beaches, and ONE FIRE Beach Club serves one of the most 5 star Hotel on the Coast!You are the 1st person to say that: we would like to guess maybe it was a busy period with a lot of yachts and boats nearby or passing by there.Nobody else complaint for bad smelling water

As often, most demanding people reveal themselves as the worst: this person started requiring very late check in, late storage for his luggage, breakfast in his bedroom, etc. In the same weekend, other guests left excellent and enthusiastic reports, saying great things about the owner’s kindness and the rich breakfast. Very strange, isn’t it?

Unfortunately, you guests were not a good experience for us. First of all, an appalling attitude since yourarrival with all kindness you received. Hotelling politeness would require you pre-advise your arrival time. Unfortunately. a misunderstanding made your room wasn t ready at your sudden appearance. We did NOT offer you "tap water" but in answering at your seating on terrace -"We would like to eat" - "Well, yes, would you like to get some water in the meantime?" - "Still water" No misunderstanding with all people and guests passing by and seating on terrace has never happened. And the water we serve is from a water machine, no "tap water" for which, however, we pay at the same. The same room is refreshing new guests who are enjoying their staying as we were worry after what you had said. You made the machine work with the open window and outside was really dump. The person came in your room at 8 pm after your complait and the girl treated him very rudely like a stupid and useless person. It wasn t past 9 as he came directly into your room at his starting turn at 8. She was reported like very posh attitude. He resetted the machine and it seemed to work better for a while he was allowed in the room. Then, you were called into the room to check everything was going better. Then, if you stay with AC on and the shut window how could you have heard a dog crying?!? At the same, it is impossible to forbid our neighbours to have a dog in teh garden. Very sad to read all these bad things as we do our best to make our guests stay at their best
