Lovely spacious apartment, very clean. Sea view from balcony and good free wifi. Johnny the manager spoke very good English, and was very helpful in sorting out our lost luggage, booking table reservations and hire car. We were on top floor, (3rd) and there was no lift, it didn't bother us , but might be a problem for some. Our one complaint was the shower was very small. We were told they were all going to be replaced in May. Also could have done with a bit more kitchen equipment....there was only 2 of everything i.e.teaspoons, forks, knives, plates,bowls etc... so had to keep washing up when preparing meals.

My home in Cape Verde!
I've been to Cape Verde six times as an American business traveler and this is my second time staying at the hotel. It's spacious, spotless, comfortable and safe. The wifi, which was already quite good, was just upgraded by the owner. It's now better than I have at home -- not bad for a developing country! The staff is just terrific and the owner/manager is very on top of things. There are several restaurants within a two-minute walk and a handful of coffee shops. Though not in the downtown, it's in a great and very safe neighborhood and you can easily be in the heart of Praia with a $2-$3 cab ride. I have at least three more trips to CV planned in the coming year and will definitely stay here again. It has all of comforts of a big hotel but with the friendliness of a small home. Thanks again for (another) great stay!

Nice hotel, clean and quiet,
This is the second time that I stayed in this hotel. It's quite, clean and the aprtments are spacious. The only problem is that the hotel is a little bit far from the office where I work.

Good stay in a residential area of Praia
This hotel is located in a nice, safe residential area of Praia. The staff are very kind and informative. Breakfast is generous and a good deal at six euros. Internet is available and good, but rationed. Our internet allotment ran out before the end of our stay. We perhaps could have asked for more bandwidth, but we didn't, so not sure if it was an extra charge or not. The shower space is very tiny but everything is very clean. There is a large kitchen/living room area. We could see the ocean from our room. The neighborhood next to the hotel is very near the beach.

Praiano Aparthohel a perfect place to Stay
My stay was quite pleasant. Hotel staff from the manager to the restaurant staff very friendly and courteous too. Food perfect while the room is more homely and very neat. I wouldn't mind going on holiday with my family soon.

Nowoczesny i zadbany obiekt. Podstawowy minus to bardzo skromne wyposażenie kuchni. Po dwie sztuki: sztućcy, talerzy (głęboki, płytki i śniadaniowy), kieliszki, filiżanki i szklanki na napoje. Brak kubków, ostrego noża do chleba, testera, ociekacza do naczyń (brak miejsca na mokre naczynia!), gabki do mycia naczyń. Bardzo mało naczyń kuchennych. Przydałby sie ekspres do kawy lub chociaż kawiarka, wyciskacz do skoków, pralka, żelazko i deska do prasowania. W łazience brak jednorazowych kubków i nie działające oświetlenie w lustrze. Łóżko duże i wygodne. Sejf w szafie duży i pojemny. Wąski balkon i brak suszarki na ubrania. Pojemna szafa z wieszakami. Obiekt zamykany - bezpieczny. Recepcja całodobowa i co ważne dobra komunikacja w języku angielskim. Wygodny i sprawny transfer lotniskowy również w godzinach nocnych. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Codzienne sprzątanie. Zmiana ręczników według potrzeb. Śniadanie możliwe do wykupienia na miejscu za 500 escudos, jednak wybór jedzenia bardzo podstawowy. Obiekt blisko oceanu. Wzdłuż brzegu oświetlona ścieżka betonowa do spacerów i biegania. Blisko sklep i restauracja.

Areal mit Ausbaupotential
In dem Stadtteil wird viel gebaut. Bis zum Plateau fährt man mit der Linie 8 10 min., an einer gigantischen Baustelle vorbei. Außer die bellende Hunde, die ihr Revier verteidigen ist der Stadtteil interessant. Rundum gibt es Lokale zum Essen und Trinken.

Riesiges Apartment in ruhiger Umgebung
Mit Blick auf den Atlantik in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung. Innenstadt in 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Taxen immer greifbar. Personal sprach englisch, niederländisch und portugiesisch. Sehr geduldiger und günstiger Shuttleservice.

Hotellet hadde fin beliggenhet, nært til sjøen.
Oppholdsrommet hadde ikke vinduer, trist og mørkt uten lys. Utenom hotellet var der en menge hunder som bjeffet til alle døgnets tider, spesielt flere ganger om natta og tidlig om morgenen. Jeg måtte flytte på stua å ligge på sovesofa der og uten lufting for å kunne få sove. Min reisekompis har to høreapparater og de tok han ut om natta og kunne ligge på soverommet. Veldig liten dusj. En veldig enkel frokost, lite pålegg.

Appartamento molto spazioso, tutto molto semplice ma pulito, aria condizionata funzionante, utile terrazza con vista mare, il vero difetto è la cabina doccia piccolissima ed è strano perchè lo spazio per una più grande c'è tutto senza necessità di modifiche. Negozi e shopping center raggiungibili a piedi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Comodo ed economico il servizio taxi

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Everyday our apartment got cleaned and even the dishes have been washed up. The bed was really comfy and relaxing. Thanks to the whole team of the Praiano Aparthotel - you have made our stay unforgettable!

Si le doux chant de dizaines de chiens errants aboyant de concert toute la nuit vous séduit, cet hôtel est pour vous. Vous aurez la chance de devoir dormir les fenêtres fermées alors que l'air est parfait à l'extérieur, celle de vous faire réveiller à tous moments et à toutes heures de la nuit lorsque la harde se mettra à japer pour chasser... pour chasser quoi ? ux-mêmes ne le savent pas et l'infinie joie de vous faire suivre ( pour les plus chanceux, de se faire japper dessus ) par quelques-uns lorsque vous rentrerez à votre hôtel après la tombée de la nuit. Le soleil se couchant vers dix-huit heures trente en hiver, ce plaisir vous sera distribué sans compter... L'hôtel est situé aux bout de la route, aux confins des terrains vagues et de la ville, là où règne la loi canine et où le meilleur ami de l'homme peut se reproduire sans contrariété; les plus cynophiles d'entre vous remarqueront qu'il y a des familles complètes reproduites à l'infini, chez lesquelles on peut soupçonner quelques tares de consanguinité... Ah oui, l'hôtel... Spacieux, lit confortable, personnel diligent... Mais vraiment, plutôt loger au centre de Praia, là où la concentration d'humains ne permet pas l'essor sans borne de ces canidés désoeuvrés. Le meilleur ami de l'homme, vraiment ?

Som plommen i egget!
Uteklimaet på Kapp Verde er varme, og høy fuktighet hele døgnet, så det er veldig velkomment at det er skikkelig air-condition på begge rommene i suiten. Et stort rom med tv-krok, spisebord og kjøkkenkrok, kjøleskap og til og med mikrobølgeovn. (Gass-komfyr som jeg ikk brukte) Soverommet, med dør, samt garderobe, en liten altan og toalett/dusj. King Size seng og to nattbord. Hotellfrokosten var omtrent som man kunne forvente på 3-stjerners, kunne kjøpes utenom.

Als Zwischenstation für eine Nacht vertretbar.
Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Aparthotel verbracht. Dafür war es in Ordnung. Länger möchte ich nicht bleiben. Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer gebucht - vorbereitet war aber nur das Doppelbett. Das Schlafsofa wurde dann bei unserer Ankunft mitten in der Nacht noch eilends ausgezogen und ein Leintuch darübergelegt - das war's. Kein Kissenbzug, kein Laken als Decke, kein zusätzliches Handtuch,... Positiv ist, dass das Hotel schnell mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen erreichbar ist. Man kann in der Nachbarschaft problemlos frühstücken, aber sonst gibt die Lage nichts her. Für mehrere Tage eher nicht geeignet.

Economic and clean, short walk from Praia Shopping
Good and economic choice in Praia in a quiet, residential area. The hotel has a brand new gym across the street, and two other apart hotels and a restaurant on the corner. No room service/food from the hotel itself, only a simple breakfast. The facilities are very clean, but they allow smokers in the rooms, which is plain nasty. Towels reeked of smoke when we arrived. The apartment is big, lacks windows, the kitchen is a real equipped one, the bathroom is small. The bed is good. The shower is so small an overweight person would not be able to enter. I'm skinny but had problems. People who work here are nice, and there is a night security guy. Free internet is very limited (200 mb per voucher), you can speak on Skype for about 40 seconds for that (only voice), then you have to ask for more credits and log in again.

Nous avons sejourné dans cet hotel parce qu’on transitait par praia avant d’aller dans une autre île. L’hotel est de taille humaine,mais tres confortable. Tres propre, et le personnel agreable, ils vous conseilleront les bons endroits a visiter dans praia. Le manager est tres sympatique. L’hotel est un peu écarté du centre ville (plateau),mais comme c’est une petite ville tout est proche en taxis qui sont faciles a trouver. A la reception ils peuvent vous trouver un taxi. le petit dej vaut le coup. apparthotel a recommander.
