"Hotel is not located in the historic and very busy part of the city. More of an upscale neighborhood that was less active, which worked for us. Great rooftop pool and the buffalo breakfast is the best I’ve experienced. You’re only a 7 Euro cab to Rossio. I don’t recommend returning to the hotel via Metro to the M. De Pombal station. The walk up the hill to the hotel will get you."

"We arrived early prior to check in after a long travel day. Even though we were told check in wasn’t until 2 pm, we decided to try shortly after 1 as we were sleep deprived and needed some rest. Marta who was the Room Services manager was super kind and helpful. Not only did she try to find a room for us but we were given a complimentary upgrade. Overall the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The only criticism we had was the shower door did not have a tight seal so water would spill onto the floor. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Professional and pleasant staff. Clean and spacious rooms and with little noise from the outside. The rooftop bar is nice and the pool and spa area on the 3rd floor is very nice although the corridors leading to the area could do with some freshening up. The hotel is big and busy, but it never felt crowded and we did not have to wait for long for assistance. "
