I had a view of the sea, which was lovely. The area is really quiet, with some sheep grazing peacefully across the road. Perfect for a country getaway. The breakfast was great, and the hosts were friendly. Would recommend.

Great stay on Skye!
Our stay was so nice! Colin welcomes us warmly in the evening and we got a room with a beautiful view to the water. With just a ten minute drive to Portree, we could easily hop into town for dinner after our long days of hiking. Jackie greeted us in the morning with an absolutely wonderful, filling breakfast. The room itself was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.

Stay at this lovely place!
First off, the Isle of Skye is a MUST place to visit. So, when, not if, you visit there I definitely recommend staying here. It had gorgeous views, within reasonable distance of anywhere you would want to visit, very cozy, and Jackie was a wonderful host!

Beautiful area. Good 3 star. Bathroom en-suite very small. No communal ‘lounge’ so if it rains you are sitting in your room. Basic breakfast.

The warm hospitality of Jackie was reassuring and informative. The room a little small and cramped but very clean and well equipped. A great view to the West over the loch. Breakfast was adequate. We were a bit surprised at the twin room charge of £112.50 and thought it expensive - maybe it's in line with other local accommodation but it is still a bit excessive to my mind.

Hi there The room you booked is actually a small family room which can also be used as double or twin! Our twin room which only sleeps 2 would only have cost £90. I trust you still had an enjoyable stay. Regards Jackie and Colin

The room was quite small but contained every single thing you could possibly ask for. We had a terrific view looking out over the Sound. I could have murdered the murder of crows that made a racket early in the morning. Keep your window closed. The people staying there at the time were very friendly and helpful, a joy to spend time with.

Amazing stay overall! Very friendly, clean, good breakfast, and great people. Beautiful views, too. Will gladly stay here again. Great location for explorers. The bed isn't the most comfortable, but not so uncomfortable that I wouldn't stay here again.

Corran house was perfectly located with an amazing view from the main entrance and room. Jackie and Corran were amazing hosts making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Delicious breakfast! Will definitely stay here again!
