The pool and outside area were lovely and well maintained, the interior of the house is all in working condition however the kitchen area, bathrooms and sofas were a bit dated could do with a refresh. The location is beautiful with stunning views of the sea and hills and v close to a sandy beach Porto San Giorgio and Fermo which we enjoyed visiting. Thanks to Fabio who was a very helpful host.

Haus mit Pool
wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus mit Pool verbracht. Der Pool war ausreichend groß für uns 4, der Garten schön und auch groß mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszubreiten und die 3 Tische für die Mahlzeiten zu stellen. Jeden Morgen kam Lino vorbei und hat sich um die Aussenanlagen gekümmert und 2 mal gab es frische Eier von den Hühnern. Das Haus ist zwar Baujahr 1980 aber die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es hat an fast nichts gefehlt, so dass wir einen schönen Urlaub verbrachten

Sommerferien 2023
Der Check-In klappte hervorragend. Der Gastgeber sowie sein Vater befanden sich vor Ort, führten uns durch die gesamte Unterkunft und erklärten uns alles. Das Objekt befindet sich etwas ausserhalb von Porto San Giorgio und man fühlt sich richtig alleine. Als Gastgeschenk gab es eine Flasche Sekt. Der Vater des Ligenschaftsbesitzers kam jeweils am Morgen vorbei um seine Hühner zu füttern und die Pflanzen zu giessen. Dank den Hühnern durften wir etliche Male, frische Eier zum Frühstück geniessen. Der Salzwasserpool lädt von früh morgens bis spät abends zum Abkühlen ein und ist sehr gepflegt. Ebenfalls verlief der Check-Out föllig unkompliziert und schnell. Wir durften mit unseren Kindern, wunderschöne Tage in Porto San Giorgio verbringen.

Perfetta per famiglie con figli
Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la villa presenta tutti i comfort per trascorrere una vacanza in estrema serenità. Tolles Haus in toller Lage!
Die Lage des Hauses ist super, ca 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer. Vom Grundstück und aus ein paar Zimmern im ersten Stock kann man auch das Meer sehen. Der Pool ist toll, hat eine schöne Tiefe. Die Kinder konnten ihn super zum rein springen nutzen. Die Anlage im den Pool rum ist sehr schön angelegt, es gibt auch neue Liegen. Unser persönliches Highlight ist die Außendusche. Wir haben nicht einmal die Duschen im Haus genutzt, ausschließlich die im Garten. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich, die Küche ist funktional und hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren schon dass zweite Mal dort und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Tutto ok
La casa è pulita, tranquilla e in ottima posizione per raggiungere le località balneari. Sono presenti tutte le attrezzature necessarie per un ottimo soggiorno. Siamo stati veramente bene e la consiglieremmo ad amici. Per migliorare ulteriormente suggerirei di procedere al rinnovo delle rubinetterie.

Schöne Urlaubstage an der Adria
Das Objekt entspricht genau den Details und Fotos im Inserat. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Fabio und seinem Vater empfangen. das Objekt wurde unkompliziert übergeben - sehr gefreut haben wir uns über den guten Wein, den feinen Kuchen und dass viele schöne Obst als Gastgeschenk. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bestens ausgestattet. Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad nach Fermo oder an den Strand gefahren und haben uns per Rad auch die nähere Umgebung angeschaut. Allerdings sollte man gut im Training sein, da es hier teils sehr hügelig und entsprechend anspruchsvoll ist. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-7 min am Meer. Richtung Norden kann man sehr weit an der Küste entlang mit dem Rad fahren. Es gibt dort gut ausgebaute Radwege oder ruhige Straßen. Richtung Süden ist es eher schwierig, da dort nur die Strada Statale läuft. Und diese ist gut von Autos frequentiert. Der Vater von Fabio kam einmal am Tag zum Haus um seine Hühner zu füttern und die Pflanzen zu bewässern. Der Tag begann mit dem morgendlichen Krähen der Hähne aus der Nachbarschaft. Im Pool konnte man sich morgendlich gut erfrischen. Das Grundstück lädt zum Relaxen ein. Es ist tagsüber sehr ruhig dort. In der Sonne frühstücken, am Pool liegend lesen oder einfach relaxen – alles bestens möglich. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort und viele sehenswürdige schöne kleine und größere Städte in der Umgebung. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Es ist viel Platz für genau die Anzahl von Personen, die angegeben sind. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Fabio. Uta und Uwe

Brava gente ed ottima location
La casa è grande e spaziosa, come pure la zona esterna. Ben attrezzata ed in una posizione splendida, strategica per i giri all'interno del territorio, ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima al mare ed al vicino Porto San Giorgio. Si trova in collina, tra le campagne collinari, e quindi zona tranquillissima. E' anche vicina ad un piccolo conglomerato residenziale, servito da tabacchino, panettiere, bar ed ottimo supermercato. Grandi partite a biliardo e ping pong grazie al tavolo convertibile. E la famiglia proprietaria che ci ha accolto è brava gente, corretta e molto disponibile. Insomma, se ancora non si è capito, siamo stati benissimo! Grazie Fabio e Lino!

La casa, vista dal vivo, è ancora più bella di quanto si possa apprezzare dalle fotografie. Località tranquilla, nessun rumore molesto, un soggiorno di totale relax. Splendida la piscina con doccia calda all’aperto, un vero divertimento per i ragazzi. L’accoglienza dei proprietari è stata molto calorosa, ci sono stati dati molte indicazioni per visitare luoghi di interesse, ristoranti e spiagge. La casa è molto bella, pulita e attrezzata con tutto quello che può servire, e anche di più. Il biliardo sotto il portico ci ha regalato momenti di divertimento. Letti comodi, televisori in ogni stanza, potente wifi.... si nota che i proprietari desiderano “coccolare” i propri ospiti. Una situazione perfetta. Grazie di cuore a Fabio e famiglia! Speriamo di ritornare!

Des vraies vacances reposantes
Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette maison et dans cette région. La maison est grande, spacieuse et bien équipée. On se croit un peu à la maison . Le village est très jolie et il y en a pleins à côté à visiter. C’est une région magnifique. Les plages sont à côté et très bien aménagées. Possibilité de louer des transats et parasol , mais également des plages publique. Il y a un large choix de restaurants, en en general on mange bien de partout. Nous remercions Fabio et sa famille pour l’accueil chaleureux et les conseils sur les restaurants et les villages. C’était des vacances au top

Great stay
Our second time in Le Marche we spent with close friends in this beautiful house. Large, clean, well equipped, nice salted pool with outside shower and a great garden. We also enjoyed the pool table a lot. Fabio and his wife and father welcomed us and made us really feel at home. Immediately arranged 2 extra fans for 2 bedrooms upon our request. So we had a wonderful week and will really consider to come back sometime!

Fantastisk dejlig ferie
Sikke en ferie! Det var et fantastisk dejligt hus og omgivelser vi boede i, præcis som en ferie i Italien skal være. Vi nød den dejlige pool med udsigt over Porto San Giorgio/ Adriaterhavet. Udlejeren var meget gæstfri og hjælpsom, alle aftaler blev overholdt. Vi havde lyst til at forlænge opholdet da det virkelig var en god oplevelse for børn og voksne.
