I’ve literally just come back from the holiday of a lifetime. The whole hotel was perfect but the true asset of the Hotel is it’s staff, so welcoming and friendly. Massive thanks to Frederica, Francesca and Matteo on the reception, they were literally the best! Very accommodating even when I asked the impossible at times. Very helpful and informative , good spoken English (massive asset for me) as my Italian is questionable 😂 The staff in the dining and entertainment were also fantastic. Big thanks to Gianluca and Antonio in the dining area for all their help. All the staff there were accommodating and really helpful too. Pool is beautiful and clean and and bar staff are very friendly and helpful, big thanks. Davido at the poolside always very attentive, always welcomed you to the pool and put the umbrella up for you, a true gentleman. We stayed half board. Breakfast choice was very good plentiful. Both daytime and evening Meals also had a wide range variety of choice. We never went hungry 😋 Thank you so much for having us. ❣️💯🇮🇹

More than amazing
Most beautifull beach in all italy. The hotel is amazing, small and charming, the cornettos (croissant) are delicius out of the oven. And the air conditioner really work ( a luxury in italy). The beach club crossing the street have amazin food and amazing chairs and amazing beach. The most beautifull beach place i ever been in europe

Struttura confortevole,comoda piscina molto bella e pulita. Cibo buono servizio pranzo in spiaggia buono ma si potrebbe fare anche altri tipi di pietanze , navetta per il mare comodissima

Struttura molto bella e pulita, villetta ottima e piscina stupenda. Nessun negozio o minimarket all’interno, costretti ad uscire nei paesi sperduti per trovare qualcosa. Animazione scadente. Solo Un bar e poco organizzato e poco fornito.

Ottimo Villaggio.
Siamo stati per trascorrere un week end tra amici, villaggio molto carino a pochi passi dal mare e ottimo anche il lido con loro convenzionato. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, staff molto educati, gentili e disponibili. colazione Top.

Bellissimo residence a due passi da le più belle spiagge del Salento. La struttura si presenta in ottime condizioni con personale gentile e accogliente e con un servizio ottimo. Spero di ritornarci

Al check-in sono abiutato a ricevere tutte le informazioni riguardo la struttura, ad esempio orario colazione/orario piscina/come usufruire dei campi da tennis,ping pong,calcio/ come usufruire del servizio navetta,ecc; ma tutto questo non è stato fatto. Dopo l'ispezione della camera mi accorgo che il lavandino perde e allaga il bagno, dopo che comunico questo alla receptionist, (dovendomi recare personalmente data la mancanza di un telefono in camera) mi viene detto praticamente di arrangiarmi dato che il manutentore non c'era, in questi casi sono abituato a ricevere le scuse ed un cambio camera.

struttura tenuta molto bene, con villette o camere ampie e comode, in formula hotel o solo residence, immerse tra i gelsi, vicino ad uno splendido mare, collegato grazie ad una navetta, ma anche con una piscina favolosa, con la cena servita al tavolo e il pranzo light che viene portato sotto l'ombrellone in spiaggia, che è un'idea veramente simpatica. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile, con l'animazione non invadente che organizza giochi e attività. Complimenti!!!

Buon villaggio
Buon villaggio, appartamento comodo per 3 persone, peccato che mancavano le tende alle finestre quindi era obbligatorio chiudere le porte. Pagamento della tessera club anche solo per mezza giornata. Bella la piscina.
