"Gum was smeared in the carpet, stained/dirty(?) towels, towels didn’t match, office wasn’t open at 8 to check out, patched holes in walls, trash can outside was broken and in pieces. Felt dirty and lacking any of the class and sophistication that it used to have. Had stayed there previously and was a first class operation- now, not so much. Very disappointed."

"The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke especially the room. Reservation was cancelled because there was no way to confirm check in online. Even though message was sent prior. The train from Missouri didn’t arrive until 8:30! Asian restaurant was trash. Served frozen uncooked food!!! Never again!!!"

"The breakfast menu was fresh. They just need to switch some of the menu each day. I f you are there four breakfasts. It gets boring. I have seen others switch up different types of eggs & bacon instead of sausage. Also they had very little fruit if any, like Bananas, oranges and apples. It was an OK breakfast but have seen better."
