We enjoyed our stay at the hotel the rooms were nice the food was excellent and I would like to thank both Beyrem and Fateh for their hospitality and for going the extra mile. we will definitely return soon.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are average. No fridge, no room service. No water or making tea facilities. I asked reception in the evening for water , coffee or tea. The answer was no room service or been able supply me with anything.

Never would I stay at the place again, and will never recommend it. Had a minor problem with the reservation, I was given cold shoulder and told I have pay for another room to upgrade an oversight, 1 guest to 2. I was on the phone with Hotels and was told to vacate the counter. I was treated with hostility rather than hospitality. The room was at 110 degrees and couldn’t lower down the heat. Another thing next day they chose to mop the floors during the busy breakfast time. I had to go up and stairs to get to breakfast area.

Dear Elie,They just asked you to change the reservation because they are two people and you have a reservation single room You asked them to take the 14 dollars in order to change the reservation but they refused, because the one who change the reservation is Expedia or you could have paid the hotel price We gave you 2 superior rooms 408 /406About the degree is the heater and if you call the reception we would have sent someone to turn off the heater

The staff was fantastic, always eager to assist. The rooms are older and could use a bit of updating. The food was fairly good, our family was able to find something to eat that was different or interesting to us each day over the 3 days we stayed. Overall, if your expectations are for a fancy new resort you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for a few days of rest and we felt this hotel was decent value for money.

I was the worst experience I never had in my life during a stay in a hotel. The rooms that we booked have nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the pictures provided, I was shocked when I discovered the rooms. we were there only for one night (thank God), for my sister's wedding, and we were ready to go home at 3 am and not go back to the hotel, if we didn't have 2 kids, I would have not even spend minute there There was dust in the room, it smelled bad, and there was rust in the bathroom !! this supposed to be a 5 star hotel !!! it is not even worth 1 star !!

The staff was friendly but the area around the rooms is nice and clean, but the rooms are old and lack amenities. No WiFi available. I was disappointed and the rooms seem neglected.

Great value.
Although a little tired after what I assume was a long closure, this hotel represents excellent value. Food was quite good and they replaced my non working fridge without quibble. Lovely bath to soak in with piping hot water.

The staff kept the property clean but it was very undated, fridge in the room didn’t work and was yellow inside, sockets didn’t work, shower water ran down side and flooded floor, only 1 lift as 1 didn’t work, big box tv, very old fashioned room, no way a 5* hotel, maybe a 3* Late checking us in as room wasn’t ready Overall very disappointing and wouldn’t stay again

We booked this hotel last minute the day of for 3 nights, they seem to have trouble receiving last minute bookings but they still accomodated us. The Hotel carpeting is disgusting and the fist rooms they have us were awful. We switched into 1 big room for our family the following day. Same issue, carpeting just nasty throughout hallways and rooms. The owner of this hotel is pocketing all this cash (likely land is paid off and very little taxes) and do the absolute bare minimum upgrades, probably paying his staff next to nothing and seemingly making them sleep there. The staff was amazing. I cant say there was even 1 person with a sour face. They were all so super nice and friendly, from the front desk to the maids to thr beach life guards. I probably wont come again unless they rip out those 30yr old carpets.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I been two nights with my family food was ok but every day it was the same menu clearness was ok The cleanest team was very disappointed I asked them about towel which I should found in my bath she was telling I will try to found for you one or two towels !at the end after two days she bring two small towel the reason I’m going outside to buy one big Plus they give the room if you know someone there or they know you for me it’s bad experience with elmouradi palace
