Excellent stay and good value for money
charming atmosphere, staff were very pleasant and attentive. Good value for money and is in a good location. This is a good alternative to the normal boring chain hotels.

Excellent RNLI
Amazing after a very bad trip with Condour ferries. Didn’t arrive at hotel till 4.30 am and was greeted and helped by very efficient night staff. The rooms were clean and my disability room was a very high standard compared to other hotels with the same ratings. The bed was the right height and very comfortable. The breakfast good and was able to have it in room as late as possible.

Good place to stay for central poole short walk into toen and the harbour. Room was lovely with a view of the harbour

Amazing building with stunning views.
Lovely stay at this unique hotel. Stunning views from our room of the sea. The hotel had a really calming affect on me lovely place. The only suggestion would be maybe some snacks behind bar.

Good alrounder, in great position.
Fabulous location and the staff were very friendly/helpful. Disabled parking was right by the front door, which was very benefical in this extreme weather. REally nejoyed the talk/tour which was included in the stay. Niggly things got me really, we were staying 2 nights and were not given replacement hand towels. My partner accidentally knocked a drink over the quilt cover, and quilt but this was noy changed. The rooms were initiaaly quite cold but warmed up very quickly once the radiator was on, we were suprised give the location/ newness of building and architecture there was a draft coming through the windows; but it was extreme cold weather. Wonderful position, walking diatnce in to the town and lots of restaraunts. Food and drinks very reasonably priced. Bu

Overall, very pleasant and an interesting and very beautiful location. There were just a couple of small suggestions I could make. First, the hotel needs more than one coffee machine in the dining space at breakfast, especially to cater for non-residents on Saturday mornings. Another tiny improvement would be to provide a place to put trays at breakfast so that after finding a table you could easily get rid of them.

RNLI Hotel in Poole is perfect, We’ve stayed in many hotels but this one is highly recommended. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break at RNLI. Staff are all helpful and cheerful 😀 The room was fab on the 4th floor. We had dinner on the restaurant. Can’t fault the restaurant that was great. Breakfast lovely. We will definitely be back

Lovely friendly staff, great breakfast - didn’t have dinner or use the bar but will go again. Lovely to watch the lifting bridge working and it was only a short walk to The Quays where there were plenty of pubs and restaurants.

Great establishment.
I want to keep quiet about this gem of an establishment, but if money from my stay goes towards the work of the RNLI, and to maintain this excellent training centre then i have to shout about it. I found staff incredibly helpful, the rooms very comfortable and well fitted, the breakfast/dining room well laid out, and an excellent cooked breakfast by attentive staff. Nice views from room across the harbour area.My experience there was very good. Oh, and free parking! Situated well for a short walk to Poole quayside, where we went to watch fireworks and get supper. Top marks. Better than I expected.

Short stay at RNLI College
Exceeded expectations. Clean and friendly hotel in a great location. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant but is also close to other bars and restaurants in the town. Very good breakfast!

Good overnight stay
Last minute booking when decided to stay over in Poole. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, our room had a lovely view, bed was comfortable and pillows were perfect also shower was very good. Cofid 19 taken seriously with all measures in place. Had dinner in-house which was enjoyable as was the breakfast. Drinks were very favourably priced.

Support the RNLI by staying in their great hotel
Nice place to stay - thoughtfully done & not "down-to-a-price" like some of the big chain hotels. Good quality fittings, toiletries, consumables etc. Very supportive bed & choice of fluffy pillows. Only complaint was that the room was a bit warm (in January!) so we slept with the window open both nights. RNLI theme runs throughout the building - references are all over the place, but it's not overdone. Also a nice feeling that by staying there you are supporting such an important cause. Onsite restaurant is impressively cheap but perfectly decent - we ate there both nights as well as the complimentary breakfasts. Road layout recently changed so a bit confusing but we made it in the end. Pro-tip - there is a hidden footpath to Asda!

Not a college dormitory, but a fabulous hotel.
Just wow. This is an excellent hotel with beautiful rooms with sea views. Great facilities, fabulous breakfast. Not the college dormitory I thought I might get. Parking onsite was included in my package, everything was so easy going.

The room was well laid out, clean with all the amenities you could want and it had an amazing view. My only comment would be the shower was a little disappointing as it wasn’t very powerful.
