"If the pictures impress you, seeing the property in person will blow you away. I was still noticing small details in the superior suite after five nights. The location and setup is perfect for relaxing in the room or taking off for activities. Many tour companies and restaurants will pick up from the hotel. The best nearby feature is the food cart at the end of the driveway, which I think is the best restaurant on the island. I would stay there again if we return to Bora Bora."

"The staff is incredible, everyone is so helpful and kind. The overwater bungalow is an experience everyone should experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and suite was clean and well kept. They left cookies every night during turndown service. Breakfast was amazing. The drinks at the resort could be stronger."

Bora Bora waterfront sunrise villa

"Great location. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset on the private dock. We also enjoyed observing the locals lives in the neighborhood. The Matira beach, restaurants and a couple of grocery stores and the boat rental/boat tour are a few minutes away. The house is very quiet and spacious but probably could use some upgrades especially the screen doors. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Louana was very helpful and responsive. We truly enjoyed our time there."

"Beautiful property especially over water bungalows. The staff were very attentive, helpful, friendly and gracious. Everyone from the breakfast staff to the dinner staff were so nice. The water sports team was so nice, one gentleman who competes in the outrigger team accompanied me on my 1st outrigger ride to show me the ropes. The buffet breakfast and French restaurant were delicious. The pool, water sports, restaurants, reef rebuilds are amazing parts of this resort. I would definitely highly recommend this place and go back but after the construction is complete. There was a lot of construction on the property, which was not mentioned prior on the Expedia website, which was disappointing. You will hear saws, drills and hammers in the distant. Also, construction teams will ride by your over the water bungalows around 8:15- 8:30am, during the day and 4:15-4:30pm. They try to stay a bit further out in distance vs the bungalows. I wished this was disclosed on Expedia’s website."
New cozy vacation home on Bora Bora

"Love this place. Quiet, Comfortable, very clean, excellent HOST/Manager (Louana). We arrived a little earlier than expected and Louana worked hard to get us in a bit earlier. We had a late lunch, went to the grocery store and she called to let us know we could check-in. Just before the rain began, lucky us. It was easy to communicate with her. We felt like we were talking to a friend. Great location. Would stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Village Temanuata! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and one of our favorite parts was being able to snorkel right off the beach with clear water and amazing marine life nearby. We also loved the relaxing lanai area and the friendly cats on the property... such a charming touch! The atmosphere was peaceful, authentic, and exactly what we were hoping for in Bora Bora. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront experience on a budget.Note that this property is not fancy but comfortable."
