The Residence
8/10 Good
"The views from our appt were amazing with stunning sunsets. However it was advertised with a pool on expedia. When we got there the pool was had not been operational in some time. Expedia needs to update the wedsite. Otherwise the appartment was nice, clean and had a little kitchenette. Our friends we travelled with were on the same floor. All appartments were great. Only issue was the shower in our room. The water pressure was not the greatest, however would not deter us from staying here again. There is a grocery store and a great pizza place across a very busy road with easy access through a walkway under the street. The promenade(just a short walk from the hotel) had easy access to the Sea and other restaurants and bars. The beach chairs belong to the hotel next to the Residence for hotel guests only. It would have cost us 35 Euro to use them.. We walked a short distance south of the hotel where chairs were 10 euro just in front of the restaurant, The Olive Garden. The waiters served us beverages so we didn't have to get up! What an amazing day we spent at the beach."

"Had a lovely stay with my girlfriend for her birthday. The apartment was spotless, stocked up and they even left some confectionery. Felt very well hosted. Would definitely go back again."

"This is a beautiful hotel and location is great, beautiful and clean, lots of little restaurants/bars in the area and also 10min taxi ride to old town split. The staff at this hotel was outstanding and I could not fault a thing, food great. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back. Just amazing.."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The sea access was perfect and we loved our balcony overlooking it. Excellent location with free parking and a bus stop nearby."
