Nicely located for an easy walk into the town centre, and generally in a very clean and tidy state. And I can honestly say I slept really well, with limited noise and distractions, and a comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff, with a fully covered and good quality breakfast option. Slightly confusing on the Hotel lobby entry point as google takes you to the rear of the building, and so it could do with a couple of clear signs to help ;p More than worth the money for the stay, and would be happy to visit again.

Great staff, free brekky, close to everything. Just check your room choice to make sure you have A/C. I booked a non A/C room in the middle of a heatwave and regretted it, it was quite noisy outside to have the windows open at night. The staff changed our room the next day, which we greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. We loved Plzen!

We searched for hotels with AC. This hotel in fact did not have AC which made for a hot evening. Breakfast and service were both superb, but the noise from the road and heat made it less than ideal.

オシャレで街の中心までのアクセスも良い。 駐車場が見つけづらいので、まずは路上駐車をしてレセプションで聞くのが良い。

Unable to stay at this hotel. COVID 19 made it impossible to enter the country and fly to Europe. This hotel had refused to refund my money. Bad PR!! The other hotels refunded my money immediately. Not this one. I have nothing good to say about this hotel?

Great location, literally 5 minutes walk to the main square. Friendly staff and room was immaculate - even had a balcony which I wasn't aware of, bonus! Would definitely stay again if in Plzeñ

Superb property to stay
Brand new property. Amazing big rooms. Good amenities. Very clean and very much accessable. I'm a avid business traveller and this review comes from multiple hotel stay experience, this is a must stay property. 5stars to the hospitality. Main train station is 7mins walk.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, des Stadions Doosan Arena und der Brauerei Pilsner Urquell. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und agiert professionell. Alles in allem können wir es empfehlen. Einzig das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, deswegen gebe ich nicht die fünf Sterne.

思った以上に部屋が広く使いやすかったです。オープンラックやデスク、バスルームなどどれも広々としていて、12時チェックアウトなこともあり荷物を広げてゆっくり整理することができました。 また、朝食がとてもおいしかったです。プラハの大型ホテルにも泊まりましたがそこよりもおいしかった。種類も充分です。朝食ビュッフェのレストランに朝向かうと案内係の方はいなくて自由でした。 アメニティはシャンプーとボディソープが一緒になったものくらいで必要最低限です。バスローブはありません。ドライヤーは温風も冷風も出るもので使いやすかったです。 部屋にエスプレッソマシンがあったので使ってみましたがおいしかったです。ケトルもあります。 全体的にシンプルで洗練されたモダンデザインの内装で、大満足です。 チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらうこともでき、こちらは片言の英語でしたが受付の方々はみなさん優しかったです。

Iso, siisti huone (deluxe) ja kylpyhuone. Myös suihku toimi hyvin, mikä ei aina ulkomailla ole itsestäänselvyys. Toimiva ilmastointi. Hyvä ja melko monipuolinen aamiainen. Frühstück nie wieder aufgebackenes brot,kein Omelett kaum Wurst Auswahl und der Kaffee, na ja. Wir haben am 2. Morgen noch nicht einmal gefrühstückt. Suite war ok , nur kein normales deutsches Fernsehen.

Dit was mijn derde keer in dit moderne hotel, dat veel waar biedt voor relatief weinig geld en het was net zo'n succes als de eerdere keren. Direct na het boeken kreeg ik al bericht van het hotel dat mijn wenskamer (waar ik vorig jaar ook verbleef) voor me gereserveerd was, wat een erg plezierig vooruitzicht was. Ook fijn: het was hartje winter, met sneeuw, ijs en alles wat erbij hoort, maar de temperatuur in de kamer was desondanks tot zeer hoge waarden op te stoken. Ook de royale regendouche zorgt ervoor dat je snel opwarmt, na een dag buiten in de vrieskou. Verder: heerlijk ontbijt, supergroot bed, ruime kamer en dichtbij alles (centrum, kerstmarkt, station, tram).
