We had a lovely stay at Villa Prica. The unit we stayed in was new and spacious. The location is peaceful and scenic and you are able to walk to the park from here. We found the dinner fairly expensive for a simple meal. We were unable to have breakfast there as they only start at 8am and we needed to be at the park earlier. If you are driving to Entrance 1 or 2 it takes longer to get there as you need to go around a river (about 20 minutes by car). Overall a very nice stay.

We only stayed for one night to see the lakes and waterfalls but we were made very welcome. The family who run the property couldn't do enough for us. We would highly recommend this establishment for any occasion.

This was the cutest place located near the #3 entrance to the park, it took 20 minutes to walk there. Quiet location with walking paths and beautiful views. The owners were so kind and friendly, giving us suggestions on how to get around. Fresh cooked breakfast and dinner that was so delicious. Loved the simple soup and desserts!! They accommodated our vegetarian diet and cooked us fresh meals. I would stay again. They prefer cash payment at checkout.

Stunning surroundings and a very very nice room. Restaurant not great, very overpriced and very average. €28 each for a poor soup basic mixed grill with oven fries and a desert. Beer is priced ok. There are no other options. It’s this or this. Staff great especially Branca, very friendly.

But you are really almost the only one who didn't like our soup. We gave the maximum. Prices in restaurants are very similar, almost the same, throughout the region.All the best.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The food is amazing. We had trout and bolognese. Perfect! The woman who served us and checked us in couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. We’d stay here again!

Beautiful house and surrounding area. Convenient 15 min walk to the park entrance. Rooms are very modern, excellent shower, complimentary tea in the room. The best part was the home made food that was offered by hosts. It was the best we had in Croatia. Highly recommend getting breakfast and dinner there. We really enjoyed the stay there.

Very easy check in. Very close to Entrance 3 of the park. About 10-15 minute drive from restaurants and groceries. Room was great - had heaters, which was key on cold rainy days.

We loved our stay here. The house and our room are beautiful and well located within easy walking distance of the park entrance. The hosts were helpful and pointed out how to enter the park and ideal routes to suit our schedule. The food they prepared was some of the best of our whole trip. Highly recommend!

Room was very nice and clean. Host was sweet and very helpful. The breakfast she made was wonderful. Walking distance to the park but buy your tickets on line. The closest gate will take your ticket but does not sell them.

Warm and friendly
This is a lovely Swiss-style chalet in a very quiet area near Plitvice. Bronicka (sp.?) met us at the door with a big smile. Our room was comfy and clean. Huge breakfast available for 10 euros each. There is a restaurant just down the road—Ethno—that had delicious risotto and pastas. Only down side was that it is about 15k past the main entrance to the Park, and it’s a small, curving road. Lodge will get you tickets for you to walk about 1K to get a boat, ride across lake, you walk around park, get on a bus to station 1 and it’s a 2K walk, mostly uphill, back to the lodge. Gotta be in good shape. If you don’t want the boat ride, you have to drive back the 15K to Main Entrance and get you tickets there. You can’t buy entrance tickets on the Villa Prica side of the park. That being said, we really enjoyed our stay.

This property is 7.5 kilometers off the main road. The road is a narrow and winding mountain road. The last 2 kilometers has numerous potholes. No restaurant within approximately 6 kilometers. Room was clean and comfortable but blinds do not block out the morning sun. We awoke at 4:45 with the sun streaming int our room.

Serious comfort in a bucolic setting
This felt like a b n b. It was spotless with a breakfast that was phenomenal. We sai outside on their patio (5 friends) having glass of wine and converstion in this peaceful, bucolic setting. The staff was so friendly and they catered to our every need. It took a bit to get there but worth it. And was a bit pricey for a rural abode but overall we are not the tiniest bit disappointed. I highly recommend this place

Lovely guesthouse in a quiet area with a traditional look but modern facilities. The property is some distance from the main road and the area is not too well signposted but no real problem with a hire-car and Google maps (/satnav). The room and stairways are spacious, very clean and tidy, with artwork of the local lakes and waterfalls on the walls throughout. The owner was very welcoming and the hearty home-made breakfast set us up perfectly for walking around the amazing national park.

Nice room. Very clean. Quiet area. Breakfast for charge was OK. Not the best coffee but OK. Very nice platter of meat and cheese with fruit and tasty sweet breads. Not much around. You need a car or driver to get anywhere. There is one restaurant in walking distance.

Lovely B&B with wonderful owners. Very clean.
Driving up to Villa Prica in the evening was actually a bit eerie as it's located in the curvy country roads within Plitvice. But once the sun comes up, you realize how great of a location you are in. This is a beautiful cottage like atmosphere with newly updated rooms, Excellent showers with space(unlike many European showers you can barely fit into). Very spacious. We were the only folks staying there at the time and the owners prepared a lovely breakfast for us which was 10 Euro's per person additional. The owners were wonderful people. It is a 20 minute drive to Entrance #1 of Pltivice Lakes Park/Hiking area. I highly recommend this B&B!!!!

The place was adorable, nearby to picturesque waterfalls, newly renovated, the owner picked up tickets for us to visit the park and provided advice for where to go. He is an ex park ranger and knew where and how to walk the park. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. It is located close to the 3rd entrance of the park (5min driving). There is also option for breakfast & dinner. The staff was very nice and helpful.
