Very fine place to stay at Plitvice Lakes
Very pretty. Spotless clean and in new condition. Quiet. Being right near the lesser known third park entrance is an advantage. The family that owns, built and run this place are super nice. They fed us well and a lot, too.

Had an amazing stay here, I wish we had stayed here many more nights. Staff was extremely friendly and gave a lot of great advice for walks to do around and in the park. The dinner and breakfast was delicious and in huge portions! We really appreciated the bags at breakfast time to take some food with us for our day hikes. The room was immaculate, and the property was gorgeous.

Great location in an amazing area.
Our stay was fantastic as the Plitvice Lakes were a short stroll from our room. Very comfortable accommodation with extremely friendly hosts. Just a suggestion to get to the lakes early as the crowds quickly build up

Fantastic
we come to this hotel for the 2nd year in a row and we are sure that this is not the last time. Once again the hotel met all our expectations. I can't find the right words to describe the beauty of this place. Very close to the park entrance. breakfasts and dinners are still great. And if you can't eat everything they give you for breakfast, then they provide you with special packages so that you can take sandwiches with you while walking in the park. Cleanliness is perfect everywhere. I can't imagine a better place than this to visit the Plitvice Lakes.

Our stay at Pansion Breza was amazing. The staff was so friendly and told us how to get to Plitvice park (very short drive or ~1 mile walk) recommended hiking routes for our two day stay when we checked in. The place is beautiful with roses and flowers and so well kept. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were phenomenal and the extra touch of providing food for lunch and to go bag for our oark visit was so thoughtful. We highly recommend staying here for your Plitvice park visit.

It’s a bit of a drive to get to this inn, but it’s conveniently located right by the back (3rd) entrance to Plitvice which was so convenient. We were able to park there and walk in, avoiding all the crowds at the entrance. Because of the location, it would be very inconvenient to go out for meals, but the inn provides breakfast and dinner at a reasonable price and they were both delicious and generous (able to pack a lunch with breakfast leftovers)…. We were delighted by the opportunity to take our meals there! The owners were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. We would definitely plan to stay here again if we’re ever back in the area!

Amazing hikes to Plitvice from the Pansion or very nearby. The best hike of my life was to the upper lakes from 3km up the road. The waterfalls were amazing. Food was very good. Host told us in detail where to hike.

A great place to stay for Plitvici
A wonderful place to stay. Really convenient for the Lakes and a good starting point as it is not a main entrance, 20 min walk from the Pansions. Evening meal was freshly cooked. Lovely quality food and lots of it. The property was very well looked after. The hosts were friendly and helpful. What more could you want. Thank you

We stayed four nights to visit Plitvice. The premises are very well located 1km from entrance 3, a pleasant walk along the quiet road. There are other walks outside the park itself, which Daniela explains. We didn’t have a car, so we were picked up and dropped off from entrance 1 where we got our bus connections, by prearrangement, which was very convenient. We ate dinner and breakfast and used the lunch bags provided- we were never hungry! There is no communal lounge so you spend time in your room after dinner; this did not worry us. There are numerous lovely places to sit in the garden with country views (but for us in October that wasn’t a option).

We had the most wonderful stay at this guesthouse. We only stayed one night before our visit to Plitvice Lakes National Park but wish it had been longer. It is perfectly located in walking distance to the national park but the service was a standout. The owner and her daughter were the most helpful and friendliest people you could ever meet. We took up both the dinner and breakfast offer and it was the best food (and most plentiful) we had during our travels around Croatia. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accomodation. It was also in a lovely location on the quiet side of the national park.

Lovely place in the park full of friendly people!
We loved Nataša's place nestled in the national park. It was an easy walk to the trailhead in the morning after the (HUGE) breakfast. They also make sure to take care of you in every way - including offering plastic bags and a variety of options to make sandwiches for lunch on the trail. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and won't steer you wrong with advice on how to navigate the park. The property is vast and we loved watching the little sheepdog herd the sheep in the morning and the evening. Dinner on the property is delicious and they are great about accommodating food allergies (but again, the portions are HUGE so get ready to be full!) The room was spacious and clean and had everything you need. One tip - they only take cash, so be sure to bring some before you enter the park!

Wonderful bed and breakfast in quiet, beautiful location! Daniella was a fantastic host. The food was delicious and abundant- you must plan to enjoy dinner as well as breakfast. The rooms were extremely clean. The feeling was one of home - warm and comfortable, and the cats were lovable. Highly recommend!!

The whole set up is great. The owners live on the property, and directed us to the P3 gate for our boat ride, super convenient to walk. The food options were excellent. Parking right on the property. Good wifi connection. All in all, a great place to stay if you want to visit Plitvice National Park.

Conveniently located for Plitvice Lakes National Park, this place is a 15 minutes walk away. The room was clean and spacious. This is a family run business. The host was lovely and welcoming. I booked transport from/to the bus station from the host which was cheaper than a 2 way taxi. I was taken to the supermarket on collection to get a few things as there is nothing nearby the accommodation unless you drive. The home cooked food was delicious. I had dinner only, although breakfast is also available. All my dietary requirements were catered for. This place only takes cash so come prepared. The host helped with anything I needed. It's a great place to stay. Would recommend.

Homey stay near Plitvice Lakes
Pansion Breza was great! The property itself was adorable and our room was very functional and clearly recently updated. The dinner prepared by the hostess was fantastic. Great location relative to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Would recommend getting there in the daylight if possible and be sure to have cash if you plan to have dinner or breakfast onsite. Very pleasant stay.

Home away from home!
Charming family owned hotel in the heart of Plitvice region. Park entrance is about a mile away so you can just walk directly from the hotel. There are also several trails around the park which adds additional benefit. Hotel itself is very cozy. Food I the restaurant is family style and it just excellent. They also give you enough food during breakfast to make a lunch pack and avoid using mediocre cafes inside the park itself.

Lovely property. The daughter of the owner was great and went out of her way to purchase tickets to Plitvice Park for us, as well as, drive us to the entrance. The Pansion was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. The on site restaurant offered tasty and substantial breakfasts and dinners.

Perfect for a 2 night stay to visit Plitvivce Lakes National Park - every aspect of your trip will be catered for, including access to the park via the quite entrance near the property. Great family run business with a host of lovable pets to keep you amused. The food was good and plentiful but could be enhanced by mixing the soup and salad up a bit so that the same dishes are not served on consecutive days.

The place is lovely! The staff and the food are wonderful. Driving in the roads are rather tight, but easily accomplished by daylight. Wonderful!!
