The cutest and coziest hostel, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Close to supermarket and attractions. Adequate kitchen and dining. The hosts Maria and Manin were incredible. Made the trip perfect!

Wonderful experience
My family absolutely lovwd our stay with House Prica. The couple that runs this is very kind, caring, and welcoming. They made my young girls feel welcomed as well as my spouse and myself. They made our trip one to remember and if we come back to the area we will definitelt stay here again. I highly recommend House Prica to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

Convenient location with several highly reviewed restaurants nearby. Restaurants in and around the park are not rated as well. Helpful staff, easy check in. Convenience mart also close by

The place was super cute. Room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was good as well. Everything was very clean. The host was super friendly and made sure to check on us about the heat on the room. We paid for breakfast and it was good. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the nice accommodation.

Location très bien situé avec toutes les commodités à côté (market bar restaurant). La proprietaire est tres souriante et acceuillante. Nous avons pu profiter de notre journée au lac de Plitvice puis voir une grotte (caves of barac) et un sanctuaire pour les ours. Nous garderons l adresse.

Great for friends and families.
We had a lovely stay at House Prica, our hosts were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was enjoyable. Our room was lovely as is the garden. Close to Plitcvice Lakes.

Don’t skip the breakfast!
We were pleasantly surprised by our stay for the price. Clean rooms and definitely pay the extra for the breakfast. It was so delicious and fresh! My only complaint is that the towels were old/shabby and would be such an easy fix to make those better. Otherwise just great and kind host. Just a short drive to the National Park.

Nice country setting
Lovely host and hostess, very accommodating, beautiful rural area. Everything was fine except for the bathroom. It was extremely small with an angled toilet that was awkward and uncomfortable. We would stay here again but opt for a different room/bath.

We stayed at House price for one night. It was easy to find.easy parking. Owner was there to greet . Apartment fulfilled our needs . There was an open garden outside with Apple , pear and plum trees. Can imagine staying there for couple of days.

Close to plitvice lakes with parking
It is about 12 miles away from plitvice lakes, it has a place to park, the room is small, but for one night it is ok. Breakfast for 7 Euro. Overall not a bad place to stay for a night. Wifi is a little slow.

Nice B&B but sheets and towels washed in highly scented detergent. Hard for allergies. They don’t take credit cards which makes the stay too expensive.

Good choice for a short stay
We stayed in the Basic Triple Room. We were pleased with the room and everything, but it's worth to note that to access the 'private bathroom' you need to get out of your room, enter the hallway (accessible to other rooms and anyone using the staircase) and make two steps to the opposite door, where is the bathroom. The bathroom was given just to us and there was an option to use a curtain separating the space between two rooms and the bathroom from the rest of the hallway. However, if you are paranoid about someone else using it (you can't lock it from the outside) or about being seen in a towel, you should pick another room.

Had an amazing stay here while I explored the Plitvice Lakes. Room was clean and comfortable and extremely peaceful. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone else.

Stay here. It's Fantastic.
Perfect location for staying over after hiking all of Plitvice. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast in the morning was delicious.

I will never book it again! They need to improve.
First of all, the rooms we've got were very small, to the point of being uncomfortable. Likewise the bathrooms, but these ones, unfortunately, had a strong odour, I guess from the sewer.

Reasonably priced room not far from Plitvice
Simple rooms in a house on a quiet street in Korenica. About 15 minutes drive to Entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes NP. Nice to be off the main road which is busy with trucks. Some restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Communal fridge and hob outside the rooms. Optional breakfast available for a fee (7 Euro per person). Breakfast was OK, quite a generous portion but you'd be just as well buying supplies in the supermarket really. Room was pretty basic and small, but as shown in the pictures and did the job. Quiet at night. Water pressure/temperature varied a bit in the shower but was manageable. Free WiFi with good signal. Pay in cash in either Euros or Kune. After whatever exchange rate they use was factored in (totalling a surprisingly convenient round number) this came out more than the price advertised on ebookers, but still a reasonable rate for a room with private bathroom. Stayed here as the hotels in the park were full but would consider staying again if the price compared to the NP hotels is favourable next time.

Perfect Guesthouse
Highly recommend this Guesthouse! Extremely clean, very nice owners, comfortable beds and pillows, really good wifi for streaming, and a kitchenette for cooking and fridge.

Red Hot Deal for the wrong reason.
No air conditioning in the room!! its 2017 in a hot country, not even a fan. If you do stay here remember the breakfast is extra. On arrival the owner will ask what time you want it not mentioning that it is extra you will only find that out when you pay.

What a wonderful home. We had only one night stay but the house was charming and owner was so nice. I'm very glad we chose this house. Certainly it wasn't the most comfortable bed or luxury accommodations I've stayed in but it was sufficient for the price and most importantly it was clean. I'd recommend to others.

The kettle does not exist in the apartment because you have a kitchen in the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. We are sorry for the dog but it is not our dog. It's a dog from the neighbors away a few houses from us. It's not usually loud. Thank you

Vi tog 1 overnatning efter besøg i Plitvice. Dejligt roligt sted Vi blev spurgt om vi ville købe morgenmad til 7€ pr person. Meget fint og dejligt. Hjemmebagt brød, dejlig kaffe, hjemmelavet marmelade. Ost og forskellig pålæg. Juice

플리트비체를 오전 일찍 가기 위해 1박 했습니다. 가격대비 숙소 좋았고요, 어느 정도 규모 있는 마을이어서 중식당도 있고 슈퍼마켓도 3개, 주유소도 인근에 있습니다. 숙소 분위기도 좋고요, 잔디도 많고요. 만족했습니다.

조용하고 아름다운 마을에 위치하고 있습니다 플리트비체까지는 차로 10분 정도 가면 되고 조금만 걸어나가면 슈퍼랑 중국 음식점도 있습니다. 이층침대 아래층이 좀 낮은것 빼고는 괜찮았습니다 주인집에서 직접 해주는 유료 아침식사도 크로아티아의 일반 레스토랑 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다. 3명이 묶었는데 4명 한테는 좀 좁을것 같네요

Viajamos tres personas y nos alojaron en dos habitaciones dobles. El baño fuera de las habitaciones pero de uso exclusivo para nosotros. Mobiliario austero, con muchos años. Deberían renovar las toallas, raspaban. Está bien como opción para dormir la noche previa a visitar los lagos de plitvice. El desayuno por 7€ cada uno estuvo bien, huevos revueltos, fiambre, mermelada y bollería.

You booked a Family room. Two separate rooms with a bathroom and that's what they got. Just as you booked. There are no two double rooms with a bathroom outside the room as you wrote. You've seen everything on the site before the booking but you chose it and buked it. Family room with two saparate rooms. Thank You

Le lieu est très bien pour passer une nuit avant ou après la visite des lacs de Plivtice. La salle de bain est minuscule. Notre hôte nous a attendu, tard dans la nuit, pour nous accueillir et était disponible tôt le matin pour le check out.
