“Small but comfortable rooms, good service”

The rooms were quite small but quiet, clean and comfortable. Service was good. This hotel is not far from a shopping center and some restaurants (by car). Prices are good. It's a practical hotel that I would recommend for short stays.

“Nice hotel for traveling - basic business hotel = clean and modern. , but...”

The microtel was fine and I would return. We had a mini suite and the frig and microwave were convenient. No flat screen TV and the position of the full analog set on top of a free standing closet was an odd choice but did allow the TV to be viewed in both the sitting area and from the bed. Very annoyingf was thgt the room had only built in flourescent lighting or can lights, no lamps.. It was very difficult to make the room anything but feel over bright or too dark and not relaxing at all. A small lamp on each nightstand and a single pedastol lamp in the sitting area would make it much better. Last; the "free" continental breakfast was one of the poorest Ive ever seen. All (slightly stale) carbs, no fresh fruit or yogurt. Definately needs a tweek.

“Disappointed”

The pictures on the website were very nice, so I thought I was getting a really good deal. Unfortunately, the hotel lobby and the hallway to our room had a very strong odor (on the 2nd floor it was like stale cigarettes). Our room was fine and had no smell, but it was hard to adjust the heat. Breakfast was just okay. Next time I think I'll pay a little more and stay at a different hotel.

“Wery good at its class”

The hotel is quite new and well kept. Rooms and beds very comfortable.Staff friendly. Continental Breakfast basic only. We recomment it to others. A lot of resturants around.

“Confortable, clean, nice room set up.”

My husband and I went for a one night get away on the town. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Maybe a light scent of smoke in the hall of the non-smoking area. Everything was clean and we loved the room set up of the living area/kitchenette. Great comfort for the price.

“Very Good Hotel!!”

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located in a main road with lots of restaurants and fast food places. Very convenient for this area. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area.

“We will book this hotel again!”

The front desk staff and housekeeping were AWESOME!! They were all very helpful, friendly and will keep us going back to the Microtel Inn and Suites. My wife has alot of allergies and had to ask about what the sheets and towels were washed in and it was an unscented detergent. Then the one lady at the front desk went and checked ingredients in the complimentary breakfast that they offer and was able to tell us what my wife could eat. Very helpful! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

“Microtel-Always good-anywhere.”

I stay in a lot of hotels ,all over the country. Usually look for cheapest--though my standards have raised some.If there is a Microtel in the area--go there.Buildings and rooms are always comfortable,clean and seem to be recently build.Some Other hotels in the area--may have a New Sigh and paint--but thats all.You may not always get a pool,weight room or waffel maker but the costs are usually mid to lower area prices--say 2 star--while you get a 3 or 4 star room.Have never been dissappointed at a Microtel.
