Perfect!
This is such a comfortable and beautifully decorated home. There are two well furnished living areas and a nice kitchen. The four bedrooms were large and comfortable.

Didn't Meet Normal Vacation Rental Standards
Though we felt safe in the neighborhood and the rental was spacious, the bathrooms were not clean, oven was dirty, saw multiple roaches, our daughter picked 3 small bugs off her in one of the twin beds, towels were tattered and stained (like we would use at home as shop rags!), ice and water dispenser in fridge didn't work, refrigerator froze our food and water, some of the furniture was stained and chipped, splatters on some of the curtains and walls. Games in the closet were missing pieces. Two hours before arrival, I VRBO msg'd the host because we had not received a code or check-in procedures. When we arrived at 5:20 and still had no code, I called the host and left a message. We received a door code 30+ minutes later. Once we did get in the house, we msg'd and called the host because the heat wasn't working and there was no internet. It took the host a while to respond, but he did send out a heating and air repairman who fixed the heat. The host brought over his personal satellite internet router for us to use during our stay because 2 of our group had to work from the rental. I don't know how this rental received so many good reviews. This is the first bad experience I have had with a vacation home rental property.

Nice clean spacious house
Very nice house, clean plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get ready. The only suggestion is there is no outlets in the master bath or the master closet. I had to get extension cord and run from bedroom to run blow dryer and curling iron. No light switch in master bath or switch did not work. So we had to unscrew light bulbs at night. But other than outlet and lights in master bath. House was great. Loved it!

Disappointing stay
We were very disappointed with this listing. The cleanliness was awful. The house had a weird smell to it that stuck in our clothes. When we tried to wash clothes, the hot and cold lines were switched around so we had to have someone come and fix that. There are many areas of the house that are very dated such as the bathrooms, washer and dryer, and the kitchen stove/oven. A lot of things needed to be touched up or fixed such as door jams, doors not closing properly, window coverings missing. We ended up leaving a day early because of the house and the neighborhood. Overall just not a nice place at all, and we will definitely not be back.

No complaints here. Grandaughter loved the piano, misc toys, board games, and puzzles. Host was attentive to any questions or concerns. Very spacious

Great for what we needed.
The property was extremely spacious. We had an issue with the refrigerator the first night we were there. We realized the issue late in the evening and reached out to the host. Within minutes our host contacted us and said they would have someone come check on it the following day. I was very impressed with our host. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property with Great Property Managers
We really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend this place. Property Managers made the stay very easy. We felt at home here. Very clean, comfortable and filled with needed amenities. We will be back again.
