We hand no running water and could not shower after a beach day before departing. Very disappointing. Breakfast and location were great. Rooms a bit dated, but ok.

Dear Madame, we are sorry for what we read, we had been not informed about the problem of water otherwise we could have solved. The hotel does not have common showers and we are sorry for not having been able to please you but we are fully booked and we could not leave you a room at disposal.. The Hotel has been completly renewed 10 years ago and maybe you don't like the style but to say that our rooms are dated is not correct. Thank you for your staying and we hope that you enjoyed it despite this inconvenience. With kind regards

Nice, modern hotel. Great staff
We stayed for three nights and were welcomed warmly. The staff ate stars at this homeland Sabrina on reception deserves special mention. Nothing was too much trouble and an aperitif for my husband's 50th birthday was a delightful touch. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great views over the hills. Pretty rooftop terrace and pool. Would certainly recommend.

Great hotel, steps from beach.
Great breakfast, helpful staff, modern room, lovely rooftop terrace. Walk to beaches. Short drive to Pietrasanta. Wonderful.

A little gem in Versilia.....
The hotel was recommended to us and we had not been to this part of Italy before We were not disappointed, rather surprised at the warmth of all the local people, especially at the Zen Hotel. They looked after us throughout our stay.

Beautiful roof top
The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were all very helpful and extremely polite. It is a very nice place to stay and the price was great. Since we were there in late October the pool wasn't warm enough to swim in but the roof top is amazing. The views are worth the stay! We would return to this hotel again.

Schade... wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Tagestripps durch die Toskana ausgewählt und uns auf Enspannung im Whirlpool nach 20.000 Schritten am Tag gefreut, leider war dieser leer. Toller Ausblick, großes Zimmer, großer Balkon, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, ziemlich überteuertes Abendbuffet für 40 € p.P. plus Getränke für ein Buffet was völlig abgegrast von den deutschen Reisegruppen war.

L'esperienza è stata sicuramente positiva. Ho alloggiato per un fine settimana (2 notti) e ho trovato la camera pulita, spaziosa e moderna. L'unico problema è che la finestra del bagno non ha tende oscuranti e poichè la porta del bagno è a vetro al mattino la luce invade tutta la camera...per chi, come me, necessita del buio totale per dormire è un problema. si potrebbe risolvere con una tenda oscurante sulla finestra del bagno.

In generale assolutamente soddisfatto, personale gentilissimo e competente, occhio di riguardo per amici 4 zampe (upgrade per avere a disposizione balcone) e colazione degna di un 4 stelle. Posizione tranquilla anche se un pò defilata rispetto al lungomare. La vista dal terrazzo è notevole.

L'hotel è ben gestito, con il personale sempre presente e disponibile, la struttura e gli interni paiono ristrutturati di recente e non ho notato problemi di pulizia. Tutti gli ambienti hanno arredamento moderno e raffinato, è presente il servizio ristorante, non ne abbiamo usufruito, ma dal menù pare essere di livello adeguato. All'ultimo piano è presente una piscina/grande vasca idromassaggio con attorno area attrezzata, da qui si gode una bella visuale sul mare e le Alpi Apuane. La camera ben insonorizzata, forse solo un po' meno dal corridoio, aria condizionata ben regolabile, unica pecca, il bagno che per quanto con una bella doccia e ben finestrato, non presentava ripiani, il che ha creato disappunto a mia moglie per il trucco e parrucco ed aveva un lavandino largo, ma molto stretto, veramente scomodo.

Hotel nel complesso non mi ha soddisfatto per niente considerando anche la cifra pagata per due pernottamenti e prima colazione. La concezione dell'hotel a quattro stelle avute in precedenza non hanno pari. Si consideri che abbiamo trovato in camera armadio un vestito lasciato si presume da ospiti precedenti abbiamo provveduto a spostare sui ripiani è rimasto lì fino a quando siamo andati via segnalato poi alla reception. Abbiamo utilizzato nel bagno il doccia schiuma fornito albergo (piccola bottiglia) nel pulire sommariamente il bagno non è stata rimessa, sono cose che delineano poca attenzione. Una sera abbiamo cenato in hotel si consideri cameriere con maniche camicia arrotolate sia a cena sia la mattina a colazione abbigliamento poco curato. Inoltre preso ordine dallo stesso e arrivati accanto a noi altri 4 ospiti evidentemente già conosciuti o da più giorni serviti subito e prima di noi. Sono piccole cose che delineano poca attenzione e gestione della struttura in modo sommario. In conclusione non ritornerei nella struttura.

Posizione ottimila, facile parcheggio gratuito davanti albergo. Camere belle e pulite con balconcino (il nostro dava sulla strada, ma ci sono anche direzione mare. Terrazza con piscine molto bella.

Das Personal war vom ersten Augenblick an super nett und stets freundlich. Wo auch immer jemand anzutreffen war, ein lächelndes Hallo gab es bei jeder Gelegenheit. Das Hotel mit allem Drum und Dran hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Danke dem ganzen Team!!
