"I booked an executive room which used to give you access to the executive lounge. The executive lounge at this hotel is no longer functional years now. There is a 25 USD credit applied for booking the executive rooms. That is for your entire party, not each. The hotel is in itself a magnificent property and location. The quality and standard of the food at breakfast has deteriorated from what I have known in the past. I also have repeatedly encountered the most unfriendly omlette ladies at this establishment. Without fail, maybe just unlucky? No clue. That is one of my biggest pet peeves here hilton breakfast buffet and the omlette lady. Lol. I would really hate to see Hilton Trinidad gone but it's really not looking like improvements are happening in fact the very opposite. However with all that being said it remains my favourite as my son and I have had many wonderful times here and I would like to keep staying here but probably will look into other options for a future stay that is also family friendly. I can only hope for positive changes in the future!"
"Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful, I found that the property was okay. Noting spectacular nothing really around. Get food from the airport first before leaving. Rooms were basic but big .. literally a place to stay even tho I wasn’t really feeling the bed and atmosphere it did the job."
