"This was a nice day. I stayed for one night. I didn’t get to use any of the amenities, but I would return to check them out. The reason I give it just an OK rating is the room had a smell and about 5 o’clock in the morning when everybody was starting to check out, it was very loud my door to my room allowed for tons of sound to come through so I was up at 5 AM with everybody else when I planned on sleeping in, they need to reassess the doors and maybe some soundproofing because I heard every luggage run by. I heard every elevator come up. I had every door closed. That is the only problem had otherwise things were good."

"The room was ok. We arrived in the evening and left before breakfast hours. The hair dryer bracket was not attached to the wall very well. Very unstable. The hair dryer sparked and burnt out when I turned it on. Few ice makers on the floors. People were complaining in the elevator that they had to go to 1st floor to get ice. I asked for an easy in easy out room. Thought she gave us 119 but keys did not work for that room, it was 611 so that meant elevator trips. We swam in the pool after 8 pm. The pool itself was ok but the hand rail to enter the pool was very loose. This is a big problem when entering and exiting the pool. There were lights around the pool available but only one blue light in the pool was on. It was very dark. Would not ever want to stay there again. I do not know how it had an 8.2 rating."
