Having a difficult time getting the correct folios for the team and am being charged wrong amounts. Can't find anyone that seems to know anything...computer isn't working is what I'm being told but my credit card keeps getting charged different amounts.

Only negative is all the noise outside the hotel. Crews were working on a roof all night nearby. It was very noisy. Also the live band noise from a nearby rooftop bar on the weekend was really bad. Windows in hotel do not open leaving a very stuffy feel.

Great location close to everything in Chandler. Easy safe parking only 12 a day. Front desk clerk bartender and waiter were great too!! Very professional and friendly also. I would definitely stay there again

The good: clean, friendly staff, fantastic bathroom. The bad: my room overlooked an open bar that played live music EVERY night. It was miserable and the room air conditioner had no button to keep the fan on to help drown out the noise. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Will not be staying there again.

The location is just perfect to walk around and enjoy all that downtown Chandler has to offer. I do wish they would keep up the property a little better, as a few nips and tucks would bring it up to a 10. Thankfully the staff is so friendly, you can look past it.

Very nice and clean rooms. Location is perfect, there are many restaurants nearby. Heated pool was definitely a plus. Norma helped us by the pool, she was so helpful and friendly. I wish there had been blackout shades or curtains in our room, we couldn’t sleep in because of the light, also the link to order food through my phone wasn’t working. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The location is great. The wording on what is included is tricky. They have an onsite restaurant but it's an additional $20 per person for very light buffet breakfast. It was more like a Continental breakfast but still...watch out because you have to pay and I saw very few use the service so high amount of food waste. The barn door guy the bathroom didn't work and we had to move rooms because of it and the fan going in the bathroom wouldn't turn off. I did appreciate the staff and their willingness to work with me as much as they could.

Great location in Chandler...
nice hotel and nice location, however if you stay on a weekend night, bars are loud with music, so bring ear plugs. Other than that, perfect. Only one day our room cleaning was poorly done but only one out of the days. Staff was great and we brought our dogs. Great dog friendly restaurants within walking distance.

Disappointing
We’ve stayed here several times before and had excellent service. This time was a disappointment. We needed to change rooms due to a plumbing issue and we’re not offered any help to move. Room service didn’t happen despite a couple of reminders. Windows needed to be cleaned. Manager just told us what they don’t do rather than what they did.

Great stay in downtown Chandler.
Celebrating my 30 year high school reunion. We had a blast and had no idea that this hotel was there. I live in Maricopa and did not want to partake in a pub crawl and driving. So glad I was able to get a room so close to the festivities. I even talked my bests friends to get a room so we could all be safe.

Our carbon monoxide alarm went off at 3am. Although they did move us briefly to another room, it was a complete inconvenience because we had to leave all of our belongings in our original room and return that morning to get dressed. Lost quite a bit of sleep and the hotel refused to compensate anything to me.

The toilet wasn't firmly attached to the floor, and would wobble everytime you sat on it. The housekeeping cleaned the room, but didn't replace the toilet paper, and we ran out, and they didn't refill the bath gel container, and we ran out.
