“Great for what I needed”
The kitchen was great! I hate eating out all the time and I was able to save money by buying groceries and eating in. The place was clean and well maintained. I did have issues with my key-card two nights of my stay, but the front desk people fixed it right away with no problem. I would stay here again if I was in Phoenix on extended business.
“Everything that I expected out of a hotel stay.”
Had no problem checking in, the room was clean the floor was quiet. I didn't have any issude with the room appliances. Two days later I checked out with no problem. I would recommend this hotel as well as other Extended Stay hotels.
“Dont book”
Hotel was old and room was dirty. Personel were very courteous and apologized for dirtiness of room . Beds were uncomfortable. Location was very convenient and centrally located. Rooms could use a deep cleaning. Black mildew in the bathroom.Carpet stained and dirty. When checked in the suites were not together. Once again apology given but nothing done.
“Terrible”
Nightmare. Nonsmoking room was infused with cigarette smoke as soon as I opened the door. Gave me another room. Keycards to the hotel (multiple entrances) didnt work. No apologies. Just expected to go to the front desk every time I needed to enter the hotel and get my keycards replaced. Shower water controls didnt work. Phone in room didnt work. Oh, and they dont tell you that, because it's an "extended stay" that they only change towels, linens, clean the room etc once a week, not daily.
“Two Bad Mattresses”
This hotel, although rather new looking on the outside, is badly in need of room maintenance. We checked in at a reasonably early hour, maybe 4:30 and were given a unit with way too many things wrong. In the bedroom, both mattresses were collapsed on the side closest to the bedside table. We both had to sleep on the outside next to the wall. The TV in the living room didn't work as well as the heat the next chilly morning. To close the door to the bedroom one had to move a heavy armchair in the living area away from the entrance. At least one bulb was burned out. The best thing -- the small kitchenette and the location was excellent.
“Wouldn't want to stay here long”
The bed was horribly hard, not firm...hard no give at all. The hallways were dirty adn food and trash were left out even after housekeeping had gone through. I ended up staying an extra night because I had to, but I would not stay there again and I would not reccommend this place to anyone. The location to the lightrail and downtown was why I chose it.
“Dirty, Small Rooms, Would not go back!”
Would not stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty, small and when the sofa bed was opened up it blocked the king bedroom door. Fire hazard! The best thing about the stay was the nearby Safeway and a very good mexican restaurant. Very little offered in the way of breakfast by the hotel.
“Satisfactory”
Nothing special. Satisfactory though.
“Great Location”
My stay was for two consecuitve weekends. I had two different rooms, both which were very clean and very comfortable. This location is a block away from the new electric light-train running down the center of Central. Hop on and go anywhere.
“Great Find”
I went up to my room and found everything prepared nicely: All drawers were partially pulled out to show their location and contents (very helpful). The TV was on, as were several lights. Again, very helpful. It was an accessible, i.e.handicap, room per my request. The room was spacious and comfortable with a queen bed, sofa, easy chair, built-in table (2 1/2 x 8 feet) with two roller chairs. It had a side-by-side refrigerator, a microwave, and a two-burner stove-top, The sizable room coupled with a very reasonable price mad this a very good value. I would definitely stay there again.
