For the price, I’d rather book a nicer one than this. We booked this one because of the discount I got but it wasn’t worth it. There were bugs on the floor during the night and the room had a weird odor.

As soon as walked into the room there were problems. FILTHY. STINKY. The lamp next to my bed was hanging sideways and broke. The room stunk like dirty feet. There was black soot all over the floor. I spoke with front desk clerk whom I waited 15 min for. She said she would send somebody to the room to clean the room and floor. As I took the elevator down to the office to speak with her-there was also black soot all over the floor in the elevator as well. I went back to room that evening and nothing had been cleaned or tidied up. I was told she was the only one there and does everything including going on room calls and passing out towels when necessary.

killed 5 roaches and other bugs. Disgusting, had to rip off all of the bedding and make a barrier to separate the kitchen area to the bed. To give some type of barrier as I did not want roaches and bugs crawling on my while I tried to sleep. thankfully I brought my own pillows and blankets. WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN

The room was very dirty. Sinks, mirror, refrigerator were all uncleaned. Hair on the toilet . The bed would flip up when you sat on the end. The recliner had gross stuff spilled down the side.

The property is very worn down and not worth the price per night. There were suspicious looking men hanging in the parking lot during the day and in their cars listening to music into the night and early morning hours.

Didn’t have a room for us when we checked in, because the available rooms were dirty because they were short-staffed on housekeeping. They were also overbooked. Luckily the front desk person was very nice and finally found a clean room for us.

Don’t waste your money staying here
Pulled the cover down, there was hair and debris on the sheets. Called the front desk. She came and checked the bed. Said she’d change the sheets then moved us to a different room instead. That bed wasn’t much better. No shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast consisted of prepackaged oatmeal and coffee. No utensils were provided. The front desk clerk hid when we got the oatmeal so was no help at all

The hotel is decent however they do not provide wash clothes or even soap! There was no soap in our room, only a tiny tube of shampoo which we used for soap to wash with. There were only bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths either. Otherwise it was fine and the location is very convenient.

The property was pretty much as expected given the area and pricing compared to many around. A reasonable deal for the stay. My only real disappointment was the description of free breakfast was only an oatmeal and coffe bar and not what we had been quit accustomed to in our travels. None the less it served our purpose and was affordable. .

Unclean and poor service
We walked in our ‘Pet Room’ (that we didn’t request) and the he pictures below are the condition it was in. Not to mention the pet urine odor. They gave us a new room (that also had an odor) and said they would issue a credit, which never came. I called customer service and was told it had to go to a manager and I would receive a call back. I never did. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never stay and this hotel chain again.

I had to wait 20 minutes in the office before someone came back to help. When she did come back, she had an attitude that I did not appreciate. The furniture in the office was literally breaking down and the furniture in this room or is all scratched up And the television is not working. The screen and voice keeps going off and on. Had to turn it off was making me crazy.

This hotel is in a great location. I wanted to stay here because of the kitchen however there was nothing in the kitchen, no silverware, pots pans dishes etc. There was only one working light, which was right next to the bed. the main light flickered on and off and was super loud. Breakfast was included but coffee was available at 6:30 am, too late for me to have before work.
