Mindi checked us in during the night as we just moved from Sonesta ES tempe and we had a bad experience there. Expedia was kind enough to find a better property for us. Room was clean, quite and breakfast was good too. Good customer service and friendly staff.

The front desk was super helpful and super nice. The buffet breakfast was also really good with many options. The rooms were spacious but not as clean as should be.

Some freeway noise and during the day very loud drag boats racing across the freeway. Easy to get to and close to two freeways.

Let me be clear- this is not a five star hotel, it is a three star hotel that is at the top of its class and thus deserves a five star rating for what it is. The facility was exceptionally clean, the front desk staff was friendly, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was hot and strong, and the breakfast buffet was of very good quality. There is a pool and fitness center but I did not use them. It is in a convenient location and would be a good choice for a multi day stay if exploring the area.

Good and affordable place to stay if you're going to be vacationing in the area like chandler and surrounding areas. A basic good hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful, Didn't have any problems at all during my week's Stay. There's an arby's and a convenience store/gas next door that you can walk too and very easy to get on/off the freeway.

White arriving, I prepaid for our stay. Upon arrival, the charged by card again for the full balance.this was not a security deposit. I have been fighting with them now(3rd day) to get my refund. NOTHING YET!!! Each staff member has great explanation as to why I have now pays over $1000 for a 2 night stay but no one can figure out how to refund my money. Hmmmmm.

The hotel and staff are high quality. Very clean, and comfortable. What we didn't realize is that the hotel sits adjacent to a truck stop which wasn't an issue but the property is very out of the way. Couldn't really walk anywhere. That is just a personal preference for us while on vacation.

The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast in the mornings was great but could have used another person to help keep up with the demand. We stayed 3 nights.

Nice room layouts super comfy beds! The room was not super clean we found some left over trash and hair. There was also a used K-Cup in the ready to use coffee tree. And no towels at the pool. The breakfast was good the staff was nice.

I checked in late in the night. When I went to my room someone was already in my room. I backed out very quickly and apologetically. I returned to the desk to complain and they checked on the room and found that the previous occupant had not actually left. While they got me a different room, I was left fairly concerned. Clearly the room was not checked and cleaned properly as well as the safety issue involved in having someone unknown waiting in the room.
