"We loved everything about our stay! We stayed in a suite. We had a beautiful mountain view, sunrise and sunset view. We enjoyed ourselves at the swimming pools. The “drinks” were nice. They did not hold back on those drinks if you know what I mean lol We didn’t get to eat at there restaurants because we had an itinerary of where to go eat at. But we definitely can’t wait to come back ☺️"
"Housekeeping was very disappointing. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone when assistance was needed. Also, the hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, but that was not our experience at all. The information provided was misleading and caused unnecessary frustration during our stay."
"I was disappointed that the cafe Crave did not have fresh pastries on Sunday. Additionally, the pool Oasis was not very clean. There were napkins on the ground and dirty plastic cups under the lounge chairs. The pool Oasis did not look like it was swept. A lot of bugs and foliage in the pool."
