Decent value for the price
Reasonable stay, hot shower, clean room. Pretty quiet In the room despite being in a busy area, Slight issue with key card which was fixed quickly. Recommended for a few nights stay - not a bad deal for the price.

The only thing to like about this property is the staff. Listed on Orbitz as a four-star property, it is no more than a 2 Star at best. The pictures do not reflect the true look of the hotel. Rooms were dirty with mold in the bathrooms, spots on the bed mattress, unclean floors, lamps missing light bulbs, etc. I was booked to stay five nights but checked out after the first night.

Great hotel! Under 10 minutes walking distance from the Genocide Museaum on foot. Great view from the bar on top.

Loved the location, handy to alot of activities we were doing. Tour booking counter was helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Nice little deck and magic view over the city. Bed was comfortable.

Welcome to hotel by friendly and helpful staffs. Smooth check-in as staffs able to converse in English. Porter helps to carry luggage to room and ensure all in order before leaving. Convenient location to travel around.

Modern hotel in a very handy location
We stayed 3 nights in this good clean modern hotel with spacious rooms. Away fro center of town but easily accessible to all points with 3 USD Tuk Tuk ride. Breakfast was good . Overall an enjoyable stay.

Ideally located.
We had a very comfortable stay, everything was nice , only we missed a wardrobe in the room.Toiletries were not the total, a pair of slippers would have made it better.

Pleasant good value hotel
I had a good stay in this hotel, which felt safe and conveniently located unless you are keen to stay closer to the main sights (though they are only a short tuk tuk journey away). The rooms are spacious, and I particularly enjoyed spending time in the 10th floor sky bar. The food was generally good, with a discount for guests, and the breakfast has plenty of options to choose from. The staff was always very friendly and ready to help with my various requests.

Very Good Location
We booked two rooms for two days and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They can provide you with all the information you need for your tourism purposes and they also have a counter to help you with your tour booking, visa and passport needs.

A Bit Overprice
You get what you pay for. It is not worth to be rated as a 4 star hotel. The first unsatisfaction was the safe could be grabbed away and was so small. That's why I did not use it and went out with my valued belongings every time. We then found out the battery of the air conditioner's remote control was running out. The crew came by to fix it right away after reporting it to the front desk. Furthermore, the breakfast was not decent. Also, You could see the stain on the table cloth. Fortunately, we only stayed there one night before leaving Phnom Penh.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff made this a very comfortable stay. Only downside was the unimaginative breakfast (stayed 11 days) and the room air conditioner was not cool enough. Otherwise will definitely stay again

Check in staff was very friendly. Breakfast food variety was too little. No swimming pool to take a dip. Aircondition was not cold. Lift was very small with maximum 4 pax only. Room was spacious and bathroom water pressure was great. No welcome drink was offered.

Nice hotel for the money
Hotel room was clean and spacious but it didn't look like the photos online. It was quite a bit darker and not as swish as we thought it was going to be. Still, it was ok for what we paid. We asked to change to a nicer room but they said they were full so we just stayed where we were. Breakfast was good, a guy made pancakes and eggs for you which was nice. They could do with more options e.g. Nutella or something sweet for pancakes. I put something which looked like chocolate on them and then nearly gagged because it was something entirely different! The reception staff were not very helpful or on the ball. They didn't seem to want to do anything for you. When we ordered a tuk tuk with them, the driver chased us down the street after we said no and that he was charging too much - obviously this didn't reflect very well on the hotel. I don't know what the hotel man said to the driver but it was unprofessional. The bar on the top of the restaurant has a fabulous view of the city so worth going up there for drinks or just to take a look at the sunset.

A most recommendable place to stay in PP
We had an excellent 4-day stay at this hotel and we couldn't find any fault with it. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfy, the bathroom too. We liked the breakfast and the view from the 8th floor was stunning. The only thing we found a bit difficult to cope with was a distance to the city centre. You cannot walk in PP, as there are NO pavements worth a mention, and being driven in a tuk-tuk in an ever congested PP traffic you risk exhaust fumes poisoning. Do wear a mask! A minor inconvenience - no proper wardrobe or a closet to store your things in.

Nice hotel but need tuk-tuk to go everywhere
Stay there for 5 nights. Room is good but the bathroom will 'flood' if taking bath too long. Nice shower. A lot of TV channel to select so you won't feel bored if stay in the room. Good wifi. Far from anywhere, need to take tuk tuk to go to all the attraction. We pay the tuk tuk No.2 attached to the hotel i think USD20 for a day to bring us around the attractions. A few restaurant near by and ice-cream house is just beside the hotel. Laundry and massage is opposite the hotel and a few nearby. Sky bar - excellent view but the food is so-so. Need to take lift to 9th floor and take staircase up to the top.

Hotel presents well and staff are welcoming and friendly. We overlapped Christmas so someone decided to let all staff take holidays and was left with one staff at reception in the evening. We got back to our room and key card didn't work and door started beeping. Took numerous trips up and down to get them to open the door and turn off the beeping noise (by removing and reinserting the battery). This didn't fix the problem, only meant the noise stopped, because the next morning we couldn't get back into our room after breakfast, so had to go through the process again! Bed was soft and not very comfortable. We were on 3rd floor and could hear street noise clearly. Wifi would sometimes work, but unreliable and not always connected to internet. They just kept resetting it, but it was still not very good.

Value hotel with good facilities but unfriendly
Receptionist service really need to improve,it's not even comparable to guest house standard. There is an incident when I need some change to pay my taxi driver,just $5 to breakdown only, the hotel staff kept saying no change and not going to help to find solution for me. Until I have to flash my hotel key and say I am staying and paying way more than $50 to stay at your hotel, and hotel can even spare me $1-2 small changes to pay my taxi ride. I was not asking the hotel to pay for me, I got the money but no small change and my host suppose to help me since I am staying at their hotel. This hotel is good but the staff attitude giving me a boiling experience think Cambodian just want to earn money then only give service.

If you don't mind commuting to sites in the centre of the city this is a decent option. Breakfast was good as was checkin. Also the hotel is within walking distance of the genocide museum and the Russian market.

Great experience. Hotel was easy to find. Room was clean. Great shower. Balcony view was amazing. When I needed more shampoo they brought it to me promptly. Breakfast was the best - make your ie omelette, coffee bar etc.
