"Very good place to stay especially if you have children. It is clean and modern. It even includes a high quality stokke like high chair instead of the cheap IKEA style I find at most places. There is also a fun playroom on the premises that my daughter loved. Some of the toys and stuffed animals are past their prime and have had too much love if you know what I mean! One change I would make would be to lower the handrail to the loft. My daughter had a nasty fall that left her with bruises on her face and knee. Please correct this or add another small one underneath the existing one. The stairs are very steep to the loft and slippery."

"Positives - room and food were good. Lovely, helpful porter. However, check in very slow - we arrived @ 2pm - told to come back @ 3pm, by which time there was a long queue! Restaurant service very slow on evening that we were heading out to a concert. Biggest issue was dangerous shower over bath - exit via sloping end around fixed shower panel, with grab rail at other end! My husband slipped resulting in large bruise. Despite this, hotel were unable to provide non-slip mat."

"Staff was great. So helpful figuring out check-in and laundry. Laundry is cash/card and about 5.50eu/Cad per load was and same to dry. Drying takes a long time as dryers don’t do a full dry it seems but staff was helpful and then also rooms have a drying rack to finish things off. Rooms are clean and tidy. No housekeeping staff so you grab extra towels/amenities as you need. Lots of spaces to connect - pool tables, tables with chess boards, lots of nice spaces. When we were staying a school class seemed to be there so we weren’t able to use the games room as it was very busy but did a work out in their little gym and grabbed pizzas from their partner restaurant and it was fantastic! Would visit again. Apartment was all expected and more. Also very quiet and peaceful."

"The room and the property are fine. The issues we had was that I booked two nights in a row in 2 different reservations and highlighted that to the staff, who was polite but somehow did not program the key correctly. On the second day we went out, the key did not work. We had to go back to reception to re-program the key. When we got back in, the room was not made (we mainly just need a couple of towels). We called down and the a staff delivered the towels. But at 3 pm, someone tried to clean the room, by knocking on the door and immediately used their access key to open the door when we were taking a nap. I think the team did not communicate well with each other and things are not streamlined properly."

"Don’t be fooled — this hotel is definitely not giving Vienna vibes. It’s more like student accommodation with a reception desk. If you check in online, you then have to ring a helpline just to get electricity access unless you tap in with your bank card like you’re starting a laundrette machine. No cups in the room either, so apparently hydration means lapping water from the sink like a thirsty cat. It’s basic at best. Location is a bit meh, and the whole set-up has more flaws than charm."
