Fiz uma reserva de três dias para mim e para a minha mãe. No primeiro dia, logo ao entrar no quarto, sentei na cama e a msm estava balançando mt, ao olhar debaixo da mesma identifiquei que dos quatro pés, dois estavam tortos. Pedi na recepção o reparo e o mesmo foi feito em menos de 10 min. No dia seguinte, voltei ao quarto de tarde e os pés da cama estavam novamente tortos, pois a camareira puxou a cama para arrumar. Pedi o reparo novamente e dessa vez, levou mais de TRÊS horas para ser resolvido ( no fim nos trocaram de quarto) o que foi bastante incômodo não somente pela demora, mas também pelo fato de que tínhamos que revezar a única cadeira do quarto pois não podíamos sentar na cama. A falta de telefone nos quartos é um ponto negativo, já que a comunicação tem que ser feita por WhatsApp e a recepção demora bastante para responder.

Falta de organização
Cheguei no 562 a porta estava aberta , e após olhar observei que tinha tolhas nem de banho no quarto , liguei para recepção para pedir a toalha e fui informado que o não tinha serviço de quarto . Como assim serviço de quarto foi falha do hotel , não resolveram o meu problema , tive que me secar com uma camisa . Falta de compromisso com o ospede , falta de respeito
