Lovely place to stay very close to the great ocean road. Check in instructions very clear. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Bathroom and kitchen a little worn and could do with some upgrading but everything was super clean. Would happily stay again.

This property is very clean, tidy and cosy, located in a great area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and found our communication with our hosts very amicable and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very comfortable well appointed with two lounges, Air Con, and good cooking utensils. Specially the fantastic nonstick frypan. Bed was super comfy. And the little touches of separate sheets and waffle doona cover made it a real home away from home.

Convenient
Convenient location when driving the Great Ocean Road. Comfortable enough for 1 night and we enjoyed having a fridge and freezer to keep the goodies we picked up along the way cold and refreezing ice packs. Bed was smaller than a Queen and was creaky but otherwise comfortable enough. Could sleep 4-6 comfortably as there is a second bedroom with bunkbeds and a double bed.

Neat and tidy older cabin. 2br ,spacious living area. Good value for money. We stayed in winter, could do with extra blanket for each bed and a better heating source, reverse cycle only and cut out often. Main bed was super comfy, bunks good size but need better mattresses if adults using, good bathroom Reno, hot water tricky in shower, needs new curtains as showing signs of damp. Kitchen was clean but old. Overall, we would stay again, very easy to check in and out. Friendly host. Beautiful area to explore. 🙂

We had enjoyed our stay at sea horse villlas. Jim - the owner at sea horse villas is the main in the call. Before we arrived everything was settled in the place where they have to be. I have 16 months older daughter and we need something for her and he manage to get within a mins. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Stayed for 2 nights. Fairly basic but has everything you need. Tidy, comfortable and the owner was helpfull and friendly. Could do with a dryer for for drying cloths on cold wet days. Other than that I'll recommend staying again.

Alone in the dark!
We arrived after dark but before reception was supposed to be closed. The place was in darkness, with an unlit sign on the road making it difficult to find. Reception was closed, but the key was left in the door of the "villa", but with such poor lighting it was hard to see the villa or where to park. Knew this wasn't going to be the Ritz, but wasn't expecting to have to de-cockroach and wash dirty glasses and cutlery before they were fit to use. Other than that, the villa was spacious, the bedding good, the shower fine and it served its purpose as a quick overnight stop. Good location, but only food was 12km back down the road in Port Campbell (ate at Waves, which was friendly and good). Left in the morning and reception still not staffed.

Nice and quiet. The beds were a bit hard and lumpy, they need replacing. Could do with more kitchen utensils. Some wine glasses etc.

It’s a very old property, old furniture and creaking beds in a small town with not much amenities. Location is close to ‘Grotto and London bridge’. Plenty of room for 6 people, old kitchen appliances and utensils. Couch hardly has any cushion in it.

We were very pleasantly surprised with what we got. The chalets were much larger than expected - each had two separate bedrooms plus lounge and kitchen. We booked 2 chalets but didn't really need to, as all 5 of us could easily have fitted into just one. Peterborough is about 5 minutes drive from Port Campbell so you do need a car. Would definitely stay there again.
