"My feedback is this, to me it doesn't matter on what room i get or how the hotel looked, for me its all about the staff and they provide the service and for me hotel radar in rimini have that. I been back three times and now dont want to go anywhere else. The level of service from roebrto, Luciano Marco and the rest of the crew is a credit to the hotel for making the hotel feel very welcoming, they treat you with respect and they treat you like a normal human unlike other hotels I been to in the past. So for me I cannot express more than the love I give to this hotel. Its a massive credit and they have a great team in place which provide the service people look for."

"Excellent experience! Location is perfect - close to the beach and main strip, but just far enough that it wasn’t noisy at night. Very clean, pool was beautiful, staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing."

"After years of many hotels while visiting Italy coming to Pesaro where I lived for a few months has always felt like home. This time I stayed in a hotel and chose Charlie. A very good location on the sea and has all the amenities. High points for me: Great pool complex, Lovely staff Super breakfast room offering inside or out. For me I could find my special breakfast..good cereals, extras for the muesli like nuts, dried fruit pieces as well as fresh fruit. Pastries that tasted freshly baked..they probably were! Great range of teas and coffee. My only disappointment was the lack of a rowing machine in the Technogym equipped gym. Enough to say I’ll be back. All boxes ticked"

"My friend and I had a fantastic stay here. The heated pool being open 24/7 was a real highlight, and the breakfast was genuinely the best we’ve ever had—there are over 50 items to choose from, all high-quality and made to order. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, and every member of staff we encountered was warm and welcoming. My only minor criticism is that the website suggests the i-Fame restaurant has a Michelin star, displaying an image with a star and “2026.” However, after checking the official Michelin website, it appears the restaurant is not currently starred. Aside from this small discrepancy, everything else was excellent, and I would happily recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast highlight of the stay - good quality ingredients, very tasty cakes and croissants served by very pleasant staff in a very bright and large room overlooking the sea. I paid a very reasonable rate for a short stay and that made the package valuable and effective for me - room as large and the shower very nice - For longer stays I would though give more consideration to key aspects such as parking as very difficult, mattress (hard for me), could not lock the room door from the inside and WiFi not available. "
