Had to ask for “vip” benefit after realising it wasn’t in the room. One staff member said “told you” to the other. Was then given warm white wine. Air conditioning wasn’t very cool.

Location good in the centre of the city. Large room with fridge but could have benefited from a few more crockery to facilitate having a bit of breakfast in the morning eg bowls for cereal.

Room was clean, Hotel central to Perth, staff on duty 13/04/24 were inefficient, unhelpful to almost the point of rudeness when we tried to get a parking space, spoilt our stay , won’t be back in a hurry

All staff were friendly and the room was more than good enough. It’s walking distance from King’s Park too. You can also get free water at the bar. Only downside I felt was slow wifi but I was out exploring most of the time anyway. Good hotel

As a VIP Customer I was supposed to have a bottle of wine, when I checked this at reception upon arrival, I handed a small glass size bottle of warm wine. I was shoccomplained about this and received an apology as the receptionist was new and a full bottle. They were very nice about it. Otherwise the room was run down and not worth what we paid but Perth was booked out due to holiday and events. Ran out of clean plates and cutlery at breakfast buffet. Food was good though. Would be worth a it at a lower price.

I think every guest should have a complementary bottle of water in there room. WA is a hot city. After flying for 3hrs and getting off the plain all you want is a drink of water to re hydrate. I had to ask for water and all though they had room service they were not happy about bringing me a bottle of water to my room. The room was clean but stepping in and out of the shower is dangerous. When I rang to say I wouldn’t be checking in till 8:00pm the rely on the phone is we are here 24/7. I don’t think that’s a good way to great your guests. I thought i was doing the right thing in letting them know. I thought the restaurant was expensive. I don’t recommend staying there.

The hotel was adequate for the three days we were there. Had dramas on check in and the stopped working and had to be recoded every day. Breakfast was good and it’s a handy location. Rooms are neat and tidy and everything worked. Parking is very limited but walking is easy and the bus and train station is just down the road.

The Rendezvous Hotel is a very enjoyable place to stay in downtown Perth away from the hustle and bustle of Murray and Hay Street Malls. On street parking is free after 6:00pm.
The staff and the Stables dinning - food & staff - unexpectedly amazing.
The actual room, the entire floor 3 - grotty. Stains on carpets and walls. Repair of rooms all run down. Musty smell in hallway and rooms.
Wasn't a cheap room. Actually quite yucky.
My major concern is that I was not given a detailed invoice of charges at checkout. I was told it would be emailed but it hasn't arrived.
Other than that, staff were friendly and as helpful as possible within their operating parameters.
The building is old and while attempts have been made to refurb, the age and lack of maintenance are visible. It's a different standard from Scarborough!

It is in a good location. The room needed some more furniture ie. A comfortable lounge. The 2 chairs were uncomfortable after 30 minutes. Ended up with a sore back and lying on bed instead.
Our second time staying at Rendezvous during our WA trip. We managed to get the same room both times. Large, spacious and clean. A quiet area within easy walking distance to Kings Park and lots of lovely restaurants. We couldn’t fault it and think it was great value for the price.
Overall great stay however disappointed with the sauna as the door has a big gap so had to put a towel there to allow it to warm up......was in there for an hour & didnt even break a sweat. Reception on tv kept cutting out toilet was leaking.......buffet breakfast nice.
I have stayed here before some time ago but was disappointed this time.
The aircon was not working so it made the room very warm and uncomfortable.
There were stains all over the carpet inside the room and outside in the corridors.
Toilet area had a slight sewage smell and marks on the tiles.
the staff were friendly though.

It could be better if the air conditioning is cooler. The cleanliness is excellent.
Air-conditioned controled by front desk no matter room temp couldn't adjust too hot.Room service forgot to replace towels and toilet paper. Tv doesn't work no signal continuously gave up.Pillows way too soft bed was comfortable.
Very good location and was a decent price when on discount. Only issues were that the toilet had bile and mould, it had been hidden under which was visible when bending down. The toilet bowl was also stained, clear that not many chemicals had been used to clean.
Staff very helpful, free bottle of wine as silver ,members.
Had to ask but that was ok. Larger than expected room, quiet in bedroom .Good location to walk to Elizabeth Quay .Didn’t try restaurant,was very expensive but others around area. Would stay again.
Getting the basic necessities like towels, tissues and toilet paper is very challenging in this hotel
You may as well say there is no housekeeping
