パースの中心にあるのでどこへ行くにも便利。

Posted 18-Apr-2015
Pros: どこへ行くにも近い。毎日部屋のリネン類は交換してくれて、比較的清潔。
Cons:

Nice place, great staff!

Posted 11-Apr-2015
Pros: Very nice staff, great location, good value. Lots of different restaurants within easy walking distance - I counted six or seven different cuisines
Cons: Better parking options
Location: Right near city center: close to shopping, different restaurants.
Great value - great staff, small, but very clean rooms. Nice, airy restaurant (which was partially closed for renovations during my stay). Recommended.

Nice and central

Posted 18-Mar-2015
Pros: Close to the local free buses and restaurants
We arrived early after our Cruise had finished in Fremantle and were allowed into our room immediately. We were also allowed in our rom till 12.00pm as our flight to Sydney was not till 3.00pm. We found the staff very helpful.

Great Location and Price

Nice room and bathroom in a hotel in a great location right in the middle of down town Perth close to everything. Also in a city where hotel rooms can be very expensive the Pensione Hotel offers very good value for money.

Quiet, clean hotel, close to amenities.

Posted 12-Mar-2015
Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: The staff need training in basic hospitality. Loud phone conversations at the desk, interrupting check in to take calls. Arguing with guests. Fail.
I was attracted to the Pensione due to the reviews, location and the description. As I had prepaid via Expedia, I only had to produce my card for the obligatory room deposit. This was an issue at checkout, as they wanted to keep the deposit for 5 days. Unacceptable. WiFi passwords were given with the room key. The lobby was clean, with a few lounges. It opens out into the ground floor restaurant. After taking the (slow) elevator ride to my floor, I walked to my room. The halls were well signposted, and clean. On entering the room, the small size of it is immediately apparent. I don't mind a small room, so it didn't bother me, but to give you an idea, the queen bed occupies most of the room. The carpet and room were clean, and NO SIGN of bedbugs, which can be a problem in the Perth climate. As I began my inspection the overall impression remained that the housekeeping staff are fairly diligent. My only real gripe was that the coffee cups were not correctly washed, but I took care of that. The bathroom was spotless. Big tick to the housekeeper. I found the A/C to be a little cold, and couldn't work out how to turn it off. An instruction sticker would be a nice touch.

Very good for the price

Posted 20-Feb-2015
Pros: Central, quiet
Cons: Some air conditioning in the hallways. It felt really like walking into a sauna when leaving the rooms
Rooms are very small here, but you are not paying a premium for extra space. Bed was comfy, air conditioning worked well which was important for Perth in summer. Room service was prompt and the food a decent quality. Bathroom facilities good, although no shower cap supplied - lucky I brought my own. Room didn't have a spot for putting your open suitcase. Given the small room it is not altogether surprising, but I have stayed at hotels that have provided portable fold-out units that could be used if needed, and they should consider providing these.

Nice and clean hotel

Posted 19-Feb-2015
Arrived Friday night when "the giants" were in perth, went to the hotel car park and was told I had no reservation for that night and I needed to park in the street and go to reception which I was angry about but decided to try and park..... There was no parking due to it being closed for the night We were upgraded to a queen room and given a car park ticket to a Wilson car park ( which was a 100m walk back to the hotel with our bags In the morning we checked out and was told we had a fee of $28 for our car park spot which was never mentioned when we were checking in Overall a nice clean comfy room but we did leave unhappy from our experience there

nice hotel, central location

Posted 18-Feb-2015
Location: It was perfectly located to see the Giants and other Fringe Festival events as well as accessing the city and river.
We found our room small but very clean and well furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for the kind of things we wanted to do. We would stay again.

Decent hotel if you are on a budget

Posted 18-Feb-2015
Staff polite Rooms are small, maximised small spaces - queen bed leaves 30cm either side of walls. - Desk enough for 1 person - Narrow corridor, can't walk past if you open the fridge door - Good hot water - Decent toilet and large basin - Shampoo, conditioner, soap replaced daily -main complaint is airconditioning faces the bed and guests can only switch on or off and adjust temperature. Climate control needs servicing as it was either blasting cold air or automatically turned off throughout the night. Secure underground parking but limited to 6 small cars and 4 large cars so book in advance. Bed was comfortable. third floor was fine. Room service adequate. They provide approx 90cm x 60cm large heavy wooden meal trays to prevent spillage so u can safely eat on the bed! One queen room can only fit about 4 luggages Walls a bit thin can hear noisy guests in corridor and can hear neighbours shower pipes Convenient location and friendly staff. Would recommend if you are on a budget
