“Conference attendee”
If you are attending a conference at the conference center then this is a great location. If you are looking for other services nearby then then this is not an exciting location with very little of anything else around. So if you are not attending a conference then there are much more interesting locations to stay at while in Perth. Cannot get better for a conference though. Airconditioning works well - which is important in warmer months in Perth. Bedding came apart too easily while sleeping. Check-out is 10 am which is too early for the number of stars. The in-house eating options are a bit limited.
“Great location”
We stayed in one if the top floor apartments, it was spacious and well presented.
“Okay hotel apartment if you need to go to the Perth Convention Centre”
All was good, except the toilet leaked on my final day and the restaurant only opened at 7am for breakfast.
“Sterile hotel, with poor furnishings. Deserves at most 3 stars”
Very sterile apartment hotel. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with washing machine and dryer, but only shower in bathtub. Tiny bedroom.with poor bed. Furnishings and mattress of middling quality. Good location for convention centre visitors, but unattractive views. Poor coffee shop/bar. No restaurant..Deserves no more than 3 stars , at best. ( current Expedia rating 4.5).
