Central CBD Hotel

Posted 31-Jan-2015
Pros: Staff were very happy and helpful Location was ideal to walk down to the Australia Day Fireworks Premises were very clean and well maintained
Cons: Parking is very limited on busy nights but OK normally
A very pleasant location, we booked there so that we could walk down the hill to the Australia Day Skyworks and also be convenient to go shopping in the CBD ( All buses are free in the Free Transit Zone) etc

Home away from home

For the value we stayed for 7 nights. Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was great everyone morning. Mrs would have liked pancakes more though. Only real issue I had was the parking as it's first in first served making going out late a gamble as to whether there would be a space. Really enjoyed my stay.

Nice place close to the city.

Good earth hotel is a nice convenient place close to all amenities. We are a big family with 3 kids and a 9 month old baby. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, with a kitchen which was very handy. The hotel also provides portocots and high chairs if required. We had free breakfast which was the highlight of our stay the kids enjoyed the variety of hot breakfast as well as cereal and toast. I would deginetly recommend families to choose good earth hotel as good value for money compare to Perth's expensive hotels and would definitely stay here again next time.

It's lovely hotel.

Pros: Nice thing about this hotel, is only walking distance to the city. And very convenient for buses, & train. Cleaned environment, & friendly stuffs.
Cons: Assigned more people to work more hours, for clients that are checking in after midnight.
Location: Great location, and just walking distance to the city, restaurants, train stations, & buses.
My only comment about the place was, they don't seems to have anybody to assist in getting the luggage into your room, nor the time to check out .

OK only if you don't plan to use the WiFi Internet

Posted 03-Dec-2014
Pros: Good location (close to Perth CBD). Free parking garage in basement (although a bit cramped)
Cons: Fix the WiFi Internet: NO DATA CAPS OR OTHER RESTRICTIONS!
Location: Close to the CBD and Swan River.
The hotel was clean and had good facilities - *except* for the WiFi Internet, which was slow to begin with, but then (after I apparently kept hitting some unannounced 'data cap') slowed down to be almost completely unusable. Imposing restrictions on how guests can use the Internet is unacceptable in 2014! It would be like restricting when guests can use their room's air conditioning!
