Everything was good. There were three downfalls. One being no milk, it is the first b&b we have stayed at with no milk. Maurice did say he would bring some, unfortunately I think he forgot. There was tea and coffee in the room. The second downfall was the biscuits were stale. The third was at breakfast only white bread was put out. We have not eaten white bread for years. Breakfast was a little disappointing. I was actually expecting more.

There was milk in the main dining area. Sorry for the lapse in service, no excuse. I have only 3 rooms and if i put out a selection of bread then there would be a lot of waste. You guys have the honor to be the first to bring this to my attention. It is a continental breakfast,.... and I make no attempt to describe it as anything more.Kind RegardsMaurice

The beautiful high ceilings in this property with chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous. This coupled with the modern bathrooms, comfortable and clean beds and amenities make this bed & breakfast a beautiful place to stay. The staff are absolutely incredible and could not be more welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for our great stay!

A lovely B&B in a great spot, tucked away from the main road, a stroll to Vic Park cafe strip and short drive to Burswood, the city and surrounds. With beautiful and clean interior, this place has charm, is spacious and comfortable, all you want for a short stay. Friendly, easy-going host.

A very beautiful and tidy place and a super nice host! Morris is always willing to help and provide you travel information. Bus is just outside of door and runs frequently to and from the city and around. A very easy and happy stay! Highly recommend it!

Great location, close to restaurants, pubs, etc. in Victoria Park. Bed was super comfortable, air con was quiet, continental breakfast was a perfect start to our day. The only issue was, being on Shepparton Road, there was some traffic noise very early in the morning, but that is to be expected - ear plugs would be an easy solution. Would highly recommend Durham Lodge.

Fantastic B & B
Durham Lodge is a wonderful B & B. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had our own private entrance. The common area is a large lounge room with one part also used for breakfast. Lynn was very welcoming and made us feel like we were staying with family. It was so relaxing. A short walk to the restaurants in Victoria Park. Secure parking on the property was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Welcome Surprise
We booked Durham Lodge as an overnight stay for an early flight in the morning. Live in the country The venue was a pleasant surprise. A beautiful cottage that had three large guest bedrooms with a very welcoming host. We were not able to partake breakfast because of our flights but other guest commented very favourably. Have definitely chosen it as my go to place when having early morning flights. Thank you Durham Lodge.

Happily recommend Durham Lodge to anyone.
An excellent B & B of a very high standard of comfort, cleanliness and service. Lyn is an excellent host and provides a lot of local knowledge for her guests. The Lodge is ideally placed to catch buses into the city centre (10 min ride at off peak times). The Lodge has off street parking for cars if you want to leave them & commute into Perth.

Excellent B & B in Perth
Stayed 1 night in a very comfortable room with a modern ensuite. The towels in the bathroom were the softest I've ever used. The bedroom had a little courtyard we used to sit outside. The continental breakfast had plenty of fruit, cereal, toast, tea and Nespresso coffee. The owner was very friendly and helpful and told us some of the sights to see in Perth and what bus to catch and where to catch it. It was so good we stayed an extra night there.

Close to cafe strip - Vic Park
Thank you for the lovely stay at Durham Lodge . The Lodge is very clean and rooms are very comfortable . Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating of our request for early check in . Even though the Lodge is on a main thoroughfare , it is set back off the road and very quiet . Plenty of room for parking . More than reasonable room rates and a lovely breakfast included . Highly recommend this property for accommodation .

Great find
After arriving late we were made to feel most welcome, our bed was so inviting after the long sleepless flight from Sydney. We weren't disappointed, the bed was so comfy, minimal road noise, nothing to rob us of sleep. Our breakfast of cereal, toast, fruit platter, yoghurt tea & coffee, what more could you ask for. Our host are the most pleasant and friendly folk, we love staying at B&B's and will certainly make Durham Lodge our stop over point when we next fly to Perth.

Comfortable B&B, centrally located
A truly lovely B & B. We stayed in the queen deluxe room, it had an extremely comfortable bed and large bathroom with a private courtyard. The lodge is a lovely place, walking distance from Albany Hwy where there are dozens of restaurants. The car park is secure and the rooms are quiet with no traffic noise. I would absolutely recommend Durham Lodge to anyone.
